  Daniel at Safelite was very professional, quick, and flexible with appointments and our needs. Communicated to us throughout the entire process. He was very understanding of our timeline and schedule. The truck was left very clean, and they did a good job with quality and fitment. Two pieces of glass were replaced, and they worked with our car insurance very smoothly. Sometimes, they don't come out the the rural country locations, but the shop is a cleaner environment to perform work anyways. God and Jesus Bless!

  I called for appointment and was given one within the timeframe I needed. Appointment day was great. Eater and snacks available, as well as a TV. They stressed that if my windshield was fixable without installing new on...then that is what they would do..Of course, I knew and stated it was bad. Well, it was. New windshield was installed quickly and professionally. I will only take my vehicles here for windshield repairs or replacement.

  I would never recommend Safelite to replace any window. They damaged my car. They damaged sensors and the technician obviously did not know how to work on an Audi.

  My truck is a Ford 2004 and he told me this might take longer because of the age and being a Ford, they put way too much glue on their windshields at the factory. But he had it done in half the time he said it would take. He done a very good job and was a very nice guy. Would recommend them to anybody.

  DO NOT USE SAFELITE AUTOGLASS IN JOPLIN,MO. Had a small chip contacted my insurance and set up appointment for 9/19/26. The chip occurred 9/18/3026 possibly 3/16" in diameter if that big. They pulled it in to let the windshield cool down said that would take about 35 to 40 minutes. 10 minutes after they pulled it in they came and got me to let me know it had cracked without them starting the process. This doesn't seem possible that all of the sudden it just cracked, of course they quickly offered to order me a new windshield for a cost to me for a $500 deductible. To me it's obvious they have a racket going, more money in windshield replacement than repair. Shame on you Safelite. I don't expect one of you corporate replies that you will strive to do better. DO NOT USE SAFELITE AUTOGLASS IN JOPLIN, MO. Do your research and find a reputable business.
