We go here to eat at Black Bear, and it's the best decision ever! The updated interior is gorgeous! The parking lot is a little confusing to exit out of, is my only complaint. They have a big exit sign, pointing traffic towards the Mc Donald's drive through entrance as the exit. A bit more clarity on the exit would make this perfect.

I've been stopping here for over 25 years and they've ruined the truck stop. It's just a place for all the local people to hang out. Truckers have a hard time getting in and out of the parking lot, drivers can't get into the restaurant to eat in a timely fashion because all of the local people are in the restaurant. After 26 years of stopping here for fuel and food, I won't be back. I hope more drivers help me in finding a real truck stop and let this place become what it is, a giant convenience store. It doesn't qualify as a truck stop or travel center any more. It used to be one of the best truck stops. Sadly, now it's just one of the biggest. Good for them, I guess.

Haven't been to this truck stop in a decade. Was completely disappointed that after expansion, they couldn't even put in a grocery store for truckers.Because we all know it's all about the 4wheelers.Then I decided to go and get a desert from the restaurant and sat down at the counter to place my order and was told I'd have to stand in line at the register and place my order to go( behind 6 other patrons paying for their food) When they had 6-8 counter seats open.I will never spend a dine in this truck stop. It's truly shame how this country treats truckers.

This place has everything you need when you need to stop on a road trip. Food court with wonderful choices, clean bathrooms, and everyone was very friendly. Only thing I didn't appreciate was (as someone with a disability and use a walker) I needed to use tbe restroom. I kept trying to get into the handicap restroom, but whomever was in there was taking forever. I finally made my way into the stall restroom and had the hardest time being able to maneuver and get myself in there. Well, as I was finally walking out, my boyfriend said he watched an EMPLOYEE come out of the handicap restroom. I dont appreciate that. Surely they have employee restrooms, or they should have to go in the main ones. Those handicap stalls are not there so you can have privacy while going. They are there because they are much bigger for walkers and wheelchairs that disabled people use. So thats my only complaint.

You need to get rid of whoever did your inside layout? It sucks. Place is not designed for handicapped people or old people. Bathrooms are up the stairs on the other side of the building from the fast food restaurants.. No mam or Sir!! Over half the time in 6 years I have been going. The lower bathroom has been closed for cleaning.. As a architect.. the entire building is laid out wrong . Move the the fast food back where it was Then your bathroom problems will be fixed. Plumbing is still there for the fast food I know you did not dig it up. Times are changing. You need to start selling stuff for the Hot shots. Automated trucks are going to put you out of business. But the pickups will still be around!! ....
