  I would leave 0 stars if I could. All was going fine until I went to pay. I was told by Keith that there was a little spill when they filled my oil so I might smell a little burning. They didn't actually spill any, but they pressure tested without the oil cap off so it sprayed oil all over the place. There was so much left after they "cleaned it up" that i thought i had an oil spill because it was dripping from under my car when I got home. Also my service traction and service esc lights started coming on. We took it back, Cameron, the night manager, said they would take care of it and fix any issue that caused. We left it on Friday, I called first thing Monday morning, and Keith said "what were we supposed to do? We cleaned it up" He will try and gaslight you. This was my 1st time there and I will never go back. Totally untrustworthy and unaccountable.

  Very friendly, respectful, and helpful employees. I’ve been to Jiffy lube in other states, but the Joplin Missouri service center is top in my families opinion. I don’t work for Jiffy Lube so this is an honest review not a fake one. During my service, I overheard an employee telling newer employees how important their job is. He was explaining to them that it’s their responsibility to give excellent service to help maintain the customers vehicle for top performance. For a lot of customers a vehicle is the second, most expensive item a customer buys, and it’s the technicians responsibility to help keep that vehicle running smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism, and will be returning for all of the services they perform. Great job people!

  Don’t go here had a bad experience today where we took our car and had an oil change and air filter replacement and when we got done the car kept dying and turns out they didn’t put the mass air flow sensor back on properly so if you want to go to a place that doesn’t double check their work or half asses it this is the place

  They will lie right to your face and then gaslight you. The old man that works the front has no idea about vehicles and lie to a young lady as well as me and charged her for an issue that had nothing to do with her problem then told her it was a trail and error and they will just keep fixing things till they figure it out. They did her brakes and she needed new rotors. I was told they had my oil after I asked them if they had it. Took 3 hours for a oil change and then put my cabin filter upside down because I said I would fix anything eles myself. And covered us in road debris. These people are Garbage and so is Management! It was either all done on purpose Or they are the most incompetent people in their field!

  In my initial visit, the service was great. In and out and helpful. They noted my wife's car was near the time for a new cabin air filter, but I didn't replace it then. Drove home and gave the car back to my wife. A few days later, my wife noticed a loud sound coming from the vents when the AC was on. I went to replace the cabin air filter and realized someone at the location had left a paper towel in the area where the filter goes and then shoved the filter back in behind the towel. Not only did this destroy the filter, the towel could have been sucked up into the vent system, causing further damage. My main frustration is not that, however. My frustration is when I contacted the location through an online form, I got a reply back from their corporate office asking me to let them know if I didn't get a reply from the local store within three days. Three days came and went and I let corporate know. Got another reply letting me know they'd take care of it. Three more days have passed and still no response from the local store in reaction to what they did to our vehicle. Honestly, this review could have been spared if they would have simply taken the time to call me back about the situation, but they haven't even bothered to do that. It speaks volumes about their integrity.
