  This is ALWAYS the absolute worst place to deal with. I have had several dealings with this place and nothing but complete incompetence and unprofessionalism. Don't waste your time making a reservation, reservations mean nothing here. I have dealt with enterprises all over the country and this hands down is the worst place ever. Cars are dirty. The time of reservation has never ever been on time , made me late for work even though I showed up early and they didn't even have a car available for my reservation today. Told me it would be 2-3 days before they had a car available. Horrible. Inexcusable.

  The car was a compact i ordered a larger car. The car only had 1/4 tank of gas. The car was dirty and smelled like smoke. They said they would call me later in the day to get that swapped out never did and the two times I called they couldn't help. Will not use that location again

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Overall, I had a good experience with Enterprise. Jamal provided excellent customer service and made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions, which I really appreciated. My only complaints are that they seem to be a little short-staffed, especially during the 4:00 PM rush. You can tell the employees are working hard, but the wait can be longer because of how busy it gets. The other issue was the condition of the rental when I picked it up. The detailing could definitely use some improvement. The exterior was covered in water spots, the interior windows had smears all over them, and the driver’s side floor mat looked like it had dried soda spilled on it. It honestly looked worse after it had been “cleaned.” Aside from those issues, the customer service was excellent, and Jamal definitely made the experience much better.
