  Emily was very helpful in getting us set up with a rental and making sure we were in a comparable car that we had damaged in a wreck and not a compact car to save $ to the insurance company. Our comfort was considered. Easy process and location at North Main close to Stones Corner in Webb City.

  Enterprises was fantastic to deal with after my car accident. They picked me up at the repair shop where I left my car. That is an AWESOME service. Both people who assisted me were polite and efficient. To me everything went perfectly smooth. When I went to get my car on Friday I was able to leave the rental car there. Great service. Great people. And a pretty nice building.

  Enterprise has treated me well. Employees have been courteous and trustworthy. At the Joplin locations, I have seen many good people come and go. Everyone I have met during my rentals has appeared to be a person of good character. I genuinely appreciate the quality of service and vehicles that are recommended and often at the cheapest rates available.

  Telephone communication with the stonescorner enterprise was very frustrating. I tried four different days in a row and could not get an answer to the phone. Then, when i'm in the office and I hear the phone is beeping because he has someone on hold, it made me so Mad. I asked him to please answer the phone and take care of that customer to which he told me it was a company policy. Not to do that when he had a customer standing in front of him. I said, then answer the phone and get a contact number and name. So you can call them back. So as soon as I leave, you have a way to help that customer. Which was way more than was given to me. Since it is a small business and they have only one person working. Then, they need to invest in a cellphone. Your bed situation, so he can be moving around and still take calls. Or at the very least, have an answering machine. So that I can leave a message and have my call returned.
