  Manager was a bit rude and very dismissive. I had to stand at the desk for over 5 mins while they vacuumed in the back.

  Telephone communication with the stonescorner enterprise was very frustrating. I tried four different days in a row and could not get an answer to the phone. Then, when i'm in the office and I hear the phone is beeping because he has someone on hold, it made me so Mad. I asked him to please answer the phone and take care of that customer to which he told me it was a company policy. Not to do that when he had a customer standing in front of him. I said, then answer the phone and get a contact number and name. So you can call them back. So as soon as I leave, you have a way to help that customer. Which was way more than was given to me. Since it is a small business and they have only one person working. Then, they need to invest in a cellphone. Your bed situation, so he can be moving around and still take calls. Or at the very least, have an answering machine. So that I can leave a message and have my call returned.
