  2 star just because employees there are very nice i don't understand how Debit card is not accepted and they need only credit card

  Car was decent and clean. Service was extremely poor. Made plans to meet Enterprise at the body shop(inside city limits) the day before I was to pick up. Lady on the phone said ok and I’m thinking we are gtg. Body shop guy had to drive me back into town to get my rental because nobody ever showed up. Then they acted like it was no big deal. So yesterday I called to have them meet me at the body shop to pick the rental up and they didn’t answer the phone. So I texted the number that they said “if you have any questions to text us”. I tried that. Absolutely nothing two hours before I needed to pick up my car. This is a service industry. I remember when Enterprise was more about service rather than themselves. So I left the car at the body shop. I can’t spend any more of my time doing their job.

  The branch manager was courteous, professional, helpful, very well organized and extremely customer service oriented and understanding. His team is amazing. They had the best attitudes and approach to not only myself, but the other customers I witnessed come in for business. Extremely satisfied with my experience here. 10 out of 10 is my vote. Keep it up guys, you're doing great!!

  My experience was amazing. Customer Service was beyond expectation. I will definitely return whenever I need a good car that is really good on gass milage. Thank you Enterprise.
