  was very satisfied with my car rental experience at the Jefferson City location over the weekend. The staff was amazing—everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. When I needed to extend my rental by an extra day, they made the process quick and easy without any hassle. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental car.

  I booked through the call center. There was a major miscommunication from them, and my trip/rental looked to be ruined before it even started. However, Connor the Jefferson City branch manager took control and really made things right. I was humbled by his efforts and he fixed the situation completely. 5 stars!

  Ayanna and the whole team was absolutely phenomenal to work with! I had a very weird schedule/situation with the pick up and drop off while my own car was repaired. They were flexible and communicative throughout the entire process and made it a very smooth experience for me. I will definitely remember the fabulous customer service! John also quickly accommodated my drive back to the Auto Body shop! 10 stars for all!
