Especially for things I didn't need but it also looked like they were just forced to follow that protocol. One of the things I needed done i chose to get somewhere else. Charging over $179 just for a transmission fluid replacement alone was odd to me. I got that for cheaper down the road.

I was told as long as the hood is closed it was fine after slamming the hood down so many times. After receiving another oil change from Valvoline and continuous opening and shutting of the hood. Now the hood latch refuses to catch and close. I make a claim. Valvoline calls responding that my wife’s car is old and that they will not proceed with the claims. It’s a 2011 Toyota
