- YDYamila Delgado2 days ago1.0It was my first time getting an oil change at this facility; they left the filter cap improperly installed—so loose it could be opened by hand—and as a result, my car lost all its oil and the engine was damaged.

She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything my car needed in detail without making me feel pressured. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the recommended services. On top of that, she helped us use a coupon, which saved us money. It's refreshing to receive honest, helpful service from someone who genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend asking for Julie if you visit!

I was told my wind wiper blades were looking bad.when I told them they just passed a state inspection earlier that week, the guy just said fair enough. They tried to up sell me on something I didn't even need. This place has become a pit stop, for up saleing things Idont even need, or nor did I ask for. The poor employee have to give the same speal to every costumer. Very sad of what this place has become. I think I will NOT be going to the location on 23rd st.
