- FDFernando Andres Melo DiazAug 19, 20261.0Malisima my last experience, yesterday I went and they did not realize that the oil deposit was full and they spilled oil all over my car, apparently it was a young man who was learning, and nobody was supporting him so as not to make those mistakes, the worst thing was that they told me that they would give me a discount that they never did.

They move me over behind the car that just pulled in. After sitting for 48 additional minutes and 4 cars going in front of me, they finally pull me into the bay. I would understand if they were busy. But when I pulled up, it was me and 1 other car here. In total, it took 1 hour and 22 minutes for my oil to be changed. I worked at valvoline in college and it took maybe 15 minutes a car. And we got in trouble for it taking so long. Do better... Update: when I left, I have a brand new coolant leak and a broken clip on my lower radiator hose. Are they gonna fix it? Nope
