- SBSteven Boyd3 days ago4.0Took awhile and 2 separate windshields to get the systems to recalibrate, but they were persistent and seem to have gotten all back in order, and functioning correctly. Found some gasket remnants inside the car and lots of greasy fingerprints on the exterior, so clean up could have been much better. Communication by store staff was minimal, during process. Job is done. Price was fair. Overall pleased.

They had to transition between the work area and the front desk several times during my wait to assist customers and answer questions

WE stopped there for the night on a Saturday and he explained that they could not get our replacement windshield until Tuesday. But he let us know we should be ok to go on to our home in Independence, MO. Thanks Tate. Once home, we booked with our local Safelite.They got us in on Monday and did an excellent job. Everyone was good to work with. Thanks Makinzie! Good experience and good to know we can count on their assistance wherever we roam!
