  I recently experienced a auto breaking that had resulted in needing my passenger from window replaced. I contacted State Farm, my insurance company, who filed the report, contacted Satelite for me. They responded immediately and made an appointment for that day, I took the car in at the appointment time, and within 1 hour the window was replaced and I was on my way. So many thanks to State Farm and Safelite!!!

  Had the windshield replaced on my Subaru with eyesight. Safelite broke my cameras and refused to repair. Had to take it to the dealership for repair and am now working through the claim process to get it covered.

  This Safelite was the worst experience I’ve had. Unfortunately I am very unhappy. With another crack in my windshield from debris left under the seal and the crease of the hood by my windshield wipers is all scraped up. I didn’t throughly inspect it as it was raining when they were done. But I will not make that mistake again!

  I will never recommend or use Safelite for a windshield replacement again. I had a mobile tech come out to my house to replace and recalibrate my windshield. The tech was unable to recalibrate my windshield and I had to go to their shop for the recalibration, which wasn't a big issue. However, the next day when I went to their shop I could hear air leaking through the windshield. Before they recalibrated my windshield I told them about the leak and they said the would run tests to find the leak. After the recalibration process they said their tests didn't show any leaks. Upon seeing my new windshield I immediately noticed the molding had gaps in it, the trim pieces and the cowl covers on both sides of the windshield were loose and the windshield still leaks air. Because of said issues, Safelite is replacing the windshield again and hopefully it will be done right this time...
