  I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I’d rather recognize businesses that provide great service. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing. Our vehicle was towed here around 10:00 a.m. yesterday after it wouldn’t start. By that afternoon, we still hadn’t received an update. Because we didn’t know what was going on with the vehicle, my children’s father had to delay calling into work. By the time we realized there still wasn’t any information, it was too late for him to qualify for PTO, which meant losing a full day’s pay. This morning, about 24 hours after they received the vehicle, I called for an update. I was told it wasn’t the starter and that they were still diagnosing the problem. I was asked to give them a little more time, and I was assured that I would receive a call as soon as they knew anything. After waiting the rest of the day without hearing from anyone, I called again. That’s when I was told that the mechanic who had looked at the vehicle the previous day was off, hadn’t passed along any information to the mechanic working that day, and that the vehicle hadn’t been worked on at all. What disappointed me most wasn’t that the repair was taking time. I understand diagnosing a vehicle can be complicated. It was the lack of communication and the conflicting information. If I hadn’t continued calling myself, I would have had no idea that the vehicle had sat untouched all day. I hope this review encourages better communication with customers. Even a quick phone call to explain delays or let someone know where things stand can make a huge difference. Customers deserve honest updates so they can make informed decisions and plan around unexpected situations.

  So I needed some transmission fluid added to my car.. I called this shop and spoke to the nicest lady named Dixie.. she was the biggest help ever.. I appreciate this shop and I appreciate Dixie!!

  I’ve made several visits with 3 separate vehicles and I have been lucky to get Darian as my Service person on a a few of those visits. Darian is very professional ,informative, he gave me very good tips and information to proceed forward with my vehicle. Thank you for the great customer service. This is why I continue to come back with multiple vehicles I own.

  I unfortunately came on a day where they were apparently training one or two new employees to check people in and it led to a very stressful experience. They were trying to tell me I needed 8 quarts of oil in my SUV and I knew that wasn't true. Explain to them I have had this car for 15 years and I've never in my life Been told that needs 8 quarts.Come to find out one of the employees put in my car With the wrong year. So they overloaded me and was saying how I needed a special oil filter that they didn't carry but they quoted $138 which was overcharging even for 8 quarts. . Led to a lot of back-and-forth and aggravation, and then finally Dixie the manager helped me determine what the problem was and was extremely helpful and professional. I think if I've gotten a normal crew, it would've been a much easier experience instead of a day they're trying to train someone. Dustin was also professional but no one offered to go double check that with what I was telling them repeatedly that they should probably re-run my car again in their computer , but no one offered!!! - I was disappointed that no one on the team of car experts figured it out. It was me that had to determine their mistake Not sure if I'll return again : Dixie and Dustin seemed to know what they were talking about but the other ones I'm not so sure I hope they provide managements contact information to me because I would love to explain to one of the regional managers exactly what happened and how they can use this as a learning experience and how they raised my blood pressure for about 90 minutes!
