  I used this location for an emergency vehicle after an accident, so I'm a little biased since I didn't directly pay for anything (my insurance did). With that said, they got me in a modest Bronco Sport on short notice (2 hours from reservation to pick up), and all the staff were very professional and polite, to me and any other potential customers I saw walk in during my visit. I even brought the rental by unannounced one day, and they refilled the windshield wiper fluid for free. I think the bronco could have been a little cleaner before it got to me, I had to clean the side mirrors off when I got it to my driveway, but I really can't say it upset me enough to lower my opinion of this location, especially when they were trying to help me get back on the road as fast as possible.

  Got a car to go to Omaha and back. Was a quick and easy experience getting the car. Returned early and got almost a full $100 back

  This location should be put out of business as they do not care about their customers and the assistant manager Robert Rhodes is extremely inconsiderate and can’t address why he runs a team of incompetent staff. I called a week before my reservation and asked if debit cards were accepted, I was told yes, only an ID was required. I confirmed my appointment the day before and was told that I was able to be picked up since I live less than ten minutes away but then I call the day of my reservation and was told by Jessie Rivers that they did not have a driver available so I had to get a ride to get up there last minute. When I got there, I saw a woman who lives even further than me was given a ride and she told me she loved off Van Horn. After that disappointment, I was then told that I needed to show two utility bills in my name to use my debit card. The assistant manager did not care that his staff failed to notify me of this when I called in advance and would not accept a renters insurance and Internet bill that I could access on my phone. Mind you I just rented from enterprise less than a month ago and did not experience any of this and I was told this location does “random” verification which was bullshit. Do not come here. They waste your time and don’t even acknowledge how disrespectful and lazy their staff is.

  This company is bad I rented a 15 passenger van weeks ahead of time just for it to not be there but I was told a day before my trip now but then received a call saying it was there now the next day i went to pick it up and it wasn’t there they tried getting me a mini van but I got a passenger van because I had more than 8 passengers now I have to cancel my trip thanks to this trash company and place.
