  After returning the car they told me everything was fine and will not get charged for nothing else , 5 days later they charge my credit card a $42 dollar clothing fee…. I called and asked them about it , they didn’t even know what that was and didn’t even know why they charged me that, that was ridiculous. Don’t do business if you don’t want to lose money!!!!!!!

  I rented an SUV July 29th for a few days drove to Texas. Great staff great SUV. Only problem is when I got back and tried to pay for my Kansas toll roads. I was told I had to actually register the automobile before I left which I was not told before I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone so I drove over to budget and explained what was going on and they said the reason why every time I tried to pay my toll it was coming up that I couldn’t. Someone else owned the car even though I chose rental she explained to me then you were supposed to register the car when you got it that you were going to take it across toll roads well I didn’t know that had I known that it would’ve been great. The only problem I have with this whole thing is after calling back multiple times and not receiving any return calls, and after driving over there personally writing down my phone number and my name and explaining to the counter person what happened no one ever did call me and I’m just waiting for them to hit me with that $50 fee and I’m going to have a serious issue and take it to the Better Business Bureau but let’s hope maybe they read this and someone actually calls me back about it. Thank you.

  I booked a car one way everything was ok until my discount was not for 30% and was not reflected on the whole bill they added 100 tax fee after my bill was processed

  This inaccurate opening hour made me lost extra 200 for missing bus and call lyft.
