  Brought a work truck clearly marked in at 8am with a electrical issues,,,,,boss man said I'll call you after the first hour and let you know whats going on ....So I wait and wait now it:s 2:45pm So I call , oh were not finished yet with your hour,,,Ok I said,,,, well 4:30pm I drive down there and was told then oh I need more time with this one these things take time he said ,,,, Never got any call,,,,,,terrible communcation here,,,, so I told them I'll just pay the 1 hour and put things back ,,, so I did just that so it cost me 140 dollars for NOTHING. BEWARE HERE!

  Have been taking my vehicles there for a couple of years and they are always honest and explain what needs to be done and their pricing is always fair and justified, will continue to keep bringing my vehicles here when needed

  I am a commercial semi-truck driver while stuck out on a route with severe rear brake issues. Corporate shops tried to throw on a massive quote for parts I didn't need. I called Buddy's Automotive from the road, and they gave me a completely honest, fair quote. When they inspected the car, they explicitly told me my calipers were completely fine, saving me hundreds of dollars. Highly professional, zero corporate upsell pressure, and complete respect for a driver's budget. They earned a lifetime customer. Highly recommend

  I called explain the situation, they inspected my vehicle honestly gave me a fair price my car was done, same day, now it’s even driving smoother than before, highly recommended.

  I was quoted 325$ for my carrier baring, and 110 for the tow I needed to get it there =435 and it would be done in two/three days! I got a call 2 days after the tow saying it would be 800 because they couldn't fix the baring and had to send to another shop, I reluctantly agreed to 800$ The next day I had to call because I got no call about it being ready and was told it would be ready that afternoon, said they were working on it and she would call when it was ready! Around 4pm I got a call and Buddy said it was 1123.57 and was ready to go. What happened to the 800 we discussed the day before I asked him, he said he never said 800 even though he was on speakerphone so my husband could hear the conversation...and I should have common since there would be more fees... poor customer service and I feel like they scammed me, never will I ever use this place again!
