  My son dropped his car off at 9:30 on the morning of July 3rd and told them he needed to have it done by 4 because he had to work. They then drove him home. At 3 he called and was told they just started on it! Even though he told them by 4. He left my number (his mom) and told them to call me with updates so he could get ready for work and try to find a ride. At 3:50 they called me and said it needed an alignment. No way it was it ever gonna be done at 4. He ended up having to uber to work as I was an hour and an half away. My husband and I had to go pick it up and drive it to his work. I was really dissatisfied and I thought if nothing else they should discount something to make up for the money my son had to pay an uber to take to work.

  I had bought a tire from them and within a month or two it had a bubble in the sidewall. I called in and explained this to the guy and he was helpful and nice and said he would cover that under the warranty and try to get it for me that day. I went in and the guy at the front told me that the fine print explains that is not covered and I would have to pay full price. I told him how the guy on the phone told me it would be under warranty and then after a lot of back and forth he agreed to the warranty price. Having to haggle with the guy was not fun. If they had told me it wasn’t covered under warranty on the phone I would have understood. He said he would try to get done asap but it was a very busy day. I said I understand. I had brought the problem tire in the trunk and had driven in on a donut. They charged me the full installation fee and didn’t even put it on the car. It took them 2 hours just for that. And I waited there the whole time. If he had told me they werent going to put it on the car I would have left and then come back. I even told the guy that was my only car. I thought he took my keys which was part my mistake I guess, but they got left in the car outside the whole time. Why did we have the whole conversation of “this is my only car” if they werent going to put the tire on the car. Now I have to install it myself in 100 degree weather. Just rubs you the wrong way after coming back from a shop and having to do work on your car. Plus I took another car up there and that same guy at the front was telling me how crazy it was that the engine blew out on it and he sent photos of it to his wife and was laughing. That was my car wasn’t really in the mood to be laughed at. Never going back.

  I'm new to the area and my brother recommended this place. I Had a tire losing air. Jason walked with me to inspect the tire and it had a screw in it. Was able to patch for $30 and picked up my car the next afternoon (I dropped it off near the end of the day) Very friendly workers and I like that they give you the courtesy inspection of your vehicle. Will use them again in the future.

  I went into the High Ridge location yesterday to get my oil changed. Mike and Anthony were the BEST. I’ll tell you just like I told them and I’ve told others. I will NOT take my vehicle to anyone else. I also take it in from time to time to have my tires pressure checked and they are all so polite. I’m a 70 year old senior woman and also an Army Veteran, so being treated with respect and kindness and sharing a laugh or two means a lot!!

  I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had an appointment for 8:00am to wait for the service to be completed. They got the car in right away to start the service. After about 2 hours, I was wondering why it was taking so long but decided to be patient and give them a chance to do their work. Soon after that a new customer came in to set up an appointment for the exact same service that I was getting and specifically asked how long it would take if he was to wait for it. He was told the service would take about an hour. This annoyed me because I had already been waiting over 2 hours. I finally got a text with the report of the service at 10:25am and was called up to the desk to check out at 10:30. 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation with no communication in between. I let the manager know that I was not happy about how long it took and he apologized and gave me a discount which I appreciated. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. My wife has also had an experience where she waited over 2 hours as well for the same service. We go to Dobbs because we feel they do good work but I would not recommend waiting for your vehicle if you can avoid it.
