  I have always enjoyed their customer service and front office, I know alot of places are short people however I did make the app prior and do the drop off the night before to ensure pick up would be by noon or 12 30..unfortunately pick up wasn't until 2 30 , I would have preferred the honesty we can't make that happen is all they would have had to say

  I had a flat tire and had to put a spare on it to get back on the road. I absolutely needed to get my tire plugged immediately. I first called a business I won’t name but since it was at the end of the workday they wanted nothing to do with it. I called your location in high ridge and they told me to come right on in. I know it was about closing time but they did an excellent job getting me in and out with a smile on their faces. That’s where I will go back to for any of my car need. Those guys deserve a pat on the back

  I just moved here from out of state and I’d always, with no exceptions taken my car to BMW for work and maintenance. I needed an engine mount replacement, which I naturally wanted to take to BMW. My son convinced me ,after I got the estimate from BMW to try Dobbs for many reasons and not just cost. Well, I couldn’t be more pleased… They were just terrific, straightforward, honest and very clear. I’m very grateful that I listen to my son who is a big customer of theirs.

  After over 20 years as loyal customer of NTB, the person I delt with retired. I then decided to give Dobb’s a try. I scheduled an appointment to have new tires installed and have my TPMS fixed. I was asked if I could drop my car off before 9:00 am. I said I could and I did. I called at 3:20 pm to check on the status of my car. The work hadn’t even been started. I told the person on the phone to forget it. I had a board meeting 1.5 hours away and I had to have my car. He told me it would be done. When I arrived at about 4:20 my car was still in the service bay. At 4:30 my car still wasn’t done because they moved it to the alignment rack. I said I needed my car right then. I got my car at about 4:38. The tire installation was completed, but the TPMS issue wasn’t addressed. If they put it on the alignment rack as I was told, I didn’t receive a print out of the specifications. I don’t know if it needs an alignment at all or how that will affect the wear on my new tires. I was very disappointed in the service I received and the attitude of the person I was dealing with.

  I needed a slow leak in a tire fixed and thought I was go ahead and get an oil change that just came due. I was picked up at my house to get my vehicle and waited at least 15 minutes just to check out. I get in my vehicle and it looked like someone broke in, there was stuff all over passenger floor the glove box had been rifled through and just left-for what reason I do not know. Excuse after excuse as to why things didn't happen properly. People I dealt with were nice but other walked around with frowns and scowls. Clearly the people who made that store of the year in the past are no longer there.
