  We were in town from 3 hrs away and our brakes started grinding. One our way out of town we called and they fit us in at noon on a Friday and when they found out we were heading home, they finished our car in two hours. The staff were so nice and friendly! And they didn’t price gouge us as out of towners in a pinch. Highly recommend their service!!! If we lived closer, they would be our mechanic of choice!!!

  I hit a curb. I needed a new tire in order to get to my home an hour and a half away. They went above and beyond and charged $46! . They put a used tire on the back and moved one of my tires to the front. I was stranded in Hermann if they had not helped me. It was 415pm in the afternoon and another tire shop had already said they couldn’t . Thank you!!!

  We were on our way from St Louis to Kansas City when our motorcycle broke down late on a Sunday evening. Roadside assistance towed our bike to Scheideggers and we found a last minute air BnB for the night. The next morning they came to work to find a random bike on their property without any advanced notice given how late it was on a Sunday. When I called them Monday morning to explain our situation they could not have been any nicer. Even though they don't work on Harley's, they were more than happy to let us use their lot until we could get our trailer out to recover the bike and take it to a Harley place. They gave us suggestions of places to visit and things to do while we were waiting in town and even came out to help us push our bike up onto our trailer when it arrived! If this is how they treat someone that isn't giving them any business then I can imagine how well they take care of paying customers. These are good people! Definitely the place I'll take my vehicle should I have an issue while near Hermann MO!

  Doug and his team deserve 10+ STARS for the service they provided my wife and me during our stop over in Hermann. We stopped in at Scheideggers to put air in a low tire. A couple hours later after lunch, the tire pressure was low again. We went back for more air and to see if they'd be able to try and find the leak & patch it. My SUV has 23' tires and rims, so Doug didn't feel that he had the proper equipment to safely remove the tire from the rim. He did a complete visual inspection of the tire and the valve stem, but wasn't able to find the leak. I really appreciated his honesty and concern for my SUV's rim!! My wife and I asked for a recommendation on a place to stay since this was a last minute trip. Doug and the woman working in the office both called several B&B owners they know in town to see if they had a vacancy. They found us a room at a newly renovated place called the Nestle Inn. Fast forward to the next morning.....I had to have my SUV towed back to St Louis. While my wife and I were waiting for a LYFT to take us home to St. Louis, Doug and his son happened to drive by us. We explained that our LYFT had just canceled on us, so we were trying to find a way to get back to St Louis. They said AMTRAK had a train leaving Hermann for St Louis at 12:30 pm, so they drove us to the train station, introduced us to a couple people working there and made sure we were taken care of. I can't begin to explain how wonderful Doug & his team were. It is so refreshing to see there is true hospitality and kindness in this sometimes crazy world. We will definitely stop in & say HI the next time we are in Hermann!!

  Awesome service. I had a blowout on a very cold day with no spare. They had me back on the road in no time.
