  A mix of incompetence, unwillingness to take accountability, and poor communication is what you can expect from this store. I had called to get a new tire and everything seemed to be fine, said I was good to show the next day. When I come in, the store is closed due to inventory until 11AM, when I try telling the guy I had called before he simply keeps arguing. I call corporate to confirm my tire is there and I’m good to go again and they do and transfer me to the store where they say I went early (before open at 7:40AM) the day before and that’s why they couldn’t service me which is just a straight up lie. When I finally do get my tire fixed he says I didn’t even come on the days I did to save face, do whatever you can to avoid this store. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!

  I had a great experience at Goodyear! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and truly exceptional. Andre, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met and that I had a positive experience from start to finish. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I highly recommend this location and will definitely continue coming back for all of my automotive needs!

  Best service I’ve experienced—hands down—and the kindness was unmatched. I had an honestly terrifying situation on the interstate last week and cannot say enough about how amazing this Goodyear location was. Out of nowhere I heard a loud noise and thought my tire had blown. There was barely anywhere to pull over with traffic flying by at 80 mph, and somehow I managed to get off the highway and down a hill—but my car was literally dragging underneath the entire way. I pulled in just before closing, fully expecting they wouldn’t be willing to help—and instead, I met one of the kindest people I’ve ever dealt with (Andre the manager). Even though they were closing in about 20 minutes, he took the time to make my car safe and drivable again. That alone meant everything. It gets even better—They got the part the next day (no appointment needed), and when I came back, Bernard even offered to drive me home and pick me up—15–20 minutes away! I was honestly shocked. So many places won’t even offer a ride a mile away, and here they were going out of their way to make sure I didn’t have to wait around. Every person I interacted with went above and beyond. You just don’t see this level of care anymore. Highly recommend.

  2 hours for a tire change that I had an appointment for. Walmart or discount tire is a million times faster. Another customer had her emmisions test take over an hour. I've never seen an emmision test take longer than 10 minutes. Will not be bringing my car back here in the future. Also now update, 15 minutes to get my receipt.
