Chris Tate is my go-to guy because he explains car maintenance and mechanic stuff in layman's terms for me.

  I had a pleasure working with Sean T. In sales and Gary in finance!! I was able to work in tell them what I’m working with and what I’m looking and they made me a happy customer!   I purchased my car (2024 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line) almost two months ago, and I’m finally getting around to the review Craig absolutely deserves. I originally came in because I received a text from the dealership. Craig took the time to track down who sent it, reached out to them, and when they weren’t available, he stepped in to help me himself. From that moment on, he treated me like family. Craig was genuinely excited to work with me. He listened, understood my situation, and handled everything with the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. I already knew which car I wanted, and he walked me through the test drive, stayed late to help me, and made the whole process smooth. I came in with one car but ended up trading in another as well — Craig even rescheduled with me so I could bring the second car back for appraisal and finalization. We were there late into the evening finishing everything, and Craig honestly felt like an “uncle” helping his “niece” through a big decision. Even after the sale, he met with me again to make sure I got my Progressive Snapshot devices that I accidentally left in both cars. I’m loving my car, the warranties give me peace of mind, I won’t be paying for oil changes for a while, and the dealership even mailed me chocolate chip cookies as a thank‑you. When I’m in the market for another vehicle — hopefully not anytime soon for my wallet’s sake — I would absolutely buy from Craig again. And I’d happily purchase from this dealership again too. Highly recommend.

  Let me tell you: this was the most fun I've ever had buying a car. Usually buying a car ranks somewhere between going to the dentist and assembling furniture with missing instructions. Not here. At no point did I feel stressed. In fact, it might as well have been Disneyland for my 10-year-old son. They have a freezer full of ice cream (he personally conducted extensive quality control and consumed no fewer than three), plus a popcorn machine with fresh movie-theater popcorn. Eating fresh popcorn while purchasing a vehicle is a life experience I didn't know I needed. Miguel was fantastic. Buying a car from him felt less like working with a salesperson and more like texting a friend who happened to have access to thousands of dollars worth of inventory. I was literally able to work my normal job while buying a car through text messages. It was so easy I started wondering if I should buy all major life purchases this way. Then came the paperwork, and that's where Gary entered the story. Gary is a national treasure. The man literally has TCB on his business card. He played us out with Elvis's "Speedway" while we finished signing paperwork, which somehow made the whole thing feel less like a vehicle purchase and more like the ending of a movie. He had us laughing the entire time. I've already promised to call him when I'm bored just to see what he's up to. Meanwhile, our son spent the entire visit sitting in a vehicle at the dealership, living his absolute best iPad-kid life, fueled by ice cream and popcorn. Honestly, if we'd stayed another hour, he probably would have tried to claim residency. I came in expecting to buy a car. Instead, I got entertainment, snacks, an Elvis soundtrack, and two new friends. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely recommend. In fact, I'm already looking forward to buying another car in a few years, which is not a sentence I ever expected to say. Thank you to Miguel, Gary, and everyone else for making car buying feel less like a financial transaction and more like the plot of a very wholesome sitcom.
