    Thank you to Craig, who was my sales advisor. He was courteous, informative, and accommodating. Despite the rain, he was willing to show me multiple vehicles until I found the one that was just right for me. Craig worked to get me a good deal on a low mileage used R-line Tiguan. I think my new vehicle is perfect❤️. Gary in finance made the process fast and easy and explained everything well. This is my second purchase from a Bommarito dealership. Both have been positive. Thanks so much!

    I had an outstanding experience with Frazier Automotive/Bommarito! Mike Frazier the owner, exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I had a unique financial situation and honestly expected outrageous interest rates and a very high monthly payment, but Mike worked hard for me and got me approved the very same day with terms that were far better than I expected. What impressed me most was how efficient and stress-free the entire process was. From running my credit, test driving the car, and signing the paperwork, everything was completed in about an hour and a half. Mike didn’t waste any time and made the experience smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I also want to recognize Kevin Jackson, the business/finance manager, who was exceptional throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Couldn’t close without acknowledging Luke who walked me through setting up the VW app, he was kind and pleasant to work with as well. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Mike and the team at Frazier Automotive, (Bommarito) and I absolutely plan to return for my next vehicle purchase. Frazier Automotive did not disappoint! Oh btw I drove away in a 2026 VW Jetta. Did I mention it’s FULLY loaded?!

    I bought a 2022 vehicle in January. From the time I rolled off the lot to the time I got home, the check engine light came on. I called the service department and my salesman, and they told me to bring it in. Since purchasing the vehicle, it has repeatedly been in the dealership’s service department for ongoing engine and fuel tank issues. The vehicle was in service during the following periods: January 21st – February 7th February 19th – March 2nd March 6th – April 24th May 4th – Present I have not been able to reliably drive the vehicle and have put fewer than 300 miles on it since purchasing it. I went to the dealership and spoke with the manager, and they informed me that I am outside of the window for: Returning the vehicle (5 days) Exchanging the vehicle (30 days) I explained that I did not have access to the vehicle during much of that timeframe because the dealership itself had possession of the vehicle for repairs. I was also never informed that this would affect my ability to return or exchange the vehicle. At this point, my only options appear to be either trading the vehicle in and accepting whatever financial loss the dealership determines, or continuing to pay out of pocket to have the vehicle repeatedly towed back to the service department after ongoing mechanical failures.

    I called this dealership on 4/30/26 at 1130a. I spoke with Miguel and told him my situation regarding my search for a newer vehicle. I let him know i had already been to other dealerships who claimed "Oh yes, we can definitely help you, come in and well get you going " and they couldnt. Wasted my time and day! Miguel immediately assured me they could help and he knew exactly where to start and he went to working on my behalf without hesitation and by way of phone. The certainty in his voice left me with hope. Miguel called me a couple of hours later and told me they have me approved and to come in and pick out my car. When I tell you Miguel and his team, Kumar and Craig were beyond AMAZING!!! It was nobody but the Lord that led me here. They were very professional, pleasant, helpful, they communicated with me every step of the way. They were super busy with customers but not one time did I feel forgotten about. This was the easiest and simplest process I have ever been thru when purchasing a car. This is my 1st Volkswagen and because of Miguel, Kumar, and Craig, it will definitely not be my last!!! Thank you all for everything!!!!

    I did not start out with high hopes but bommarito volkswagen changed my mind. Giving both the good and bad the experience started off bad because the google number listed doesn’t work. I went with them because of a lot of high reviews. I had to drive 25 minutes over just to be told I needed to call a number and get an appointment. And the guy at the time didn’t seem to know what he was talking about and brushed off a concern. I call and from what I’m told the scheduling is a remote location. They were a bit better. Ok original appointment I had to reschedule because they had no loaner vehicles. I call before the next appointment to see about loaner vehicles and finally good information is passed along that I could get a rental if no loaners were available, at no cost because it was warranty work being done. I go in and this is where the experience got way better. I think the position is service advisor. Either way my point of contact was Carly. She came over to my car with a note pad and actually wrote down all my concerns which was nice. It actually made me feel like I was going to be taken seriously and she was understanding plus gave me good information on how the warranty worked etc. she was pleasant. To make a long story barely shorter once I got the invoice and read the notes I could tell they actually went thru all concerns no matter how small and the main issue was corrected properly. Also my car came back without a bunch of dirt or greasy hand marks on the wheel or panels like it sometimes has at other shops. The seats weren’t moved around. Everything was the same. They have a good text service where you can text the service advisor any more concerns. People like Carly are the first faces the customer sees and it makes a difference when they’re actually pleasant and competent, especially going in with low expectations. Update: 05/13. Had to bring the car in for another issue. This time I specifically asked for Carly and same as last time she was awesome and got the issue resolved for me the same day. I recommend going here even if the drive is a bit further and I also recommend asking for Carly.
