Sadly 😥 to say this is one of the worst car purchasing experience I've had. Due to some kinda technical issues, it took me 4 days to close out of the sale of the vehicle. I've expressed my frustration to several of them, my salesman, finance guy and the manager of that Bommarito Toyota dealership. At first all was chummy with me. But once I had to go and pick up the check from my credit union. Then closed the deal,but continue to contact them to see if they were going to make it right. They vanished on me and have NOT contacted me yet! Mind YOU THAT'S THE 3RD VEHICLE I'VE PURCHASES FROM THAT DEALERSHIP. Im reaching out to them regarding that negative experience.

I wish I could give a better rating but my experience since I bought a used vehicle has been just horrible. I noticed a few issues before purchase and they did fix those issues at no cost. My problem is with the service department I noticed a fluid leak on my vehicle and an issue with the power door locks. I took it in for service and was told both issues were addressed, the door locks do work now so that is fixed. The fluid leak has returned, I was worried it wasn’t addressed on my first visit but was assured it was and it was billed out on my invoice so it has returned or has continued to leak so back to service it goes this week. I would like a call from upper management to discuss this issue in more detail

2nd vehicle from this location and the experience was much more direct than the first. Tommy Morris worked with me on my choices and listen to my hard no when it came to certain things. He was candid and very personable. I appreciate the time spent and the Toyota I obtained.
Paul Pittman, who worked with me in finance, was also very personable making the entire experience positive. I appreciate the team and would recommend you two two in the future. I know a couple of people who may be looking in the near future.

We could not have had a better experience.
Our initial internet inquiry was responded to within 10 minutes and it was nice to be contacted by real people. They were prompt, kind and very helpful with no run arounds or hoops. The trade in process was efficient and fair. Our sales person, Cody Pavish was AMAZING. He was communicative, pleasant and completely versed on the vehicle.
He was proactive with our paperwork, and treated us like friends. We were there in the evening and the last ones of the day and nobody rushed us.
The finance officer was so personable, streamlined the process, gave us no bulls* and also made us feel like we were talking to a long time friend. Neither sales or finance tried to push us, aggressively upsell us or make us feel like they wanted us in and out. If we were just a number that day we were treated like it was #1!
The dealership was clean, well organized and has ice cream in the waiting area! If you are looking for a car I highly recommend!

Horrible experience from my go to dealership for my service on my Toyota Supra. I worked with Leland. To start, I asked and verified the deal I set up online when making my appointment and made sure it went through. As I was waiting, I was not updated once and sat down wondering what stage the oil change was in. Once finally completed, I received a text, but never had someone come out to let me know in person. Once I got the invoice, the price was wildly different from what I thought I verified before any work took place. When I questioned the price, I was met with attitude and such an unprofessional stance immediately. It was stated that I said "deal" instead of "coupon" and he wasn't sure what I was talking about and so the "coupon" didn't go through. When I explained that I mentioned a "deal" before the work was written up, he stated "nobody talks like that" and "I thought you just meant was the work for an oil change" which was already verified when I was met at my vehicle when I first came in. It became a 15-20 minute argument in front of everyone, very unprofessional. He did not want to hear my story, even though I had a confirmation online that showed my vehicle, make model and vin number, and it went through for the current oil change special. He stated it was "an IT problem not a service department problem" to which I replied "why is it a customer problem then" I just wanted my deal honored that the website gave me. After trying to explain some more I asked if he understood my stand point. He stated "I don't understand you at all"
Never have I ever been treated this way, from any dealership, nor any other service advisor. To just tack on to the issues, my car was filthy, oil stains on my seat and steering wheel, and it looked as if they spilled oil in my engine bay and left it! Unprofessional service ranging throughout the entire building.
It took me 30 minutes to detail my car back to its original state. Not only that, I was told there was not a supra certified tech to check the other issue I mentioned. In that case, who handled my vehicle? I was told you needed to be certified to handle the supra. Unacceptable. As I was on my way out, the tech runs in, mentions something I couldn't quite understand and asked for the keys back because "he watched a YouTube video and needed to fix something" Im sorry?! What was done to my vehicle? It would be a miracle if I ever come to this dealership again.
