    Just leased a new Toyota 4Runner. Cody Pavish was my salesman and the whole transaction went very smooth. Was able to handle most of the deal by phone and online. Cody was extremely helpful during the process and made it easy to get the lease done. Vehicle came in on schedule and I picked it up today. Vehicle was spotless and Cody helped me get my phone paired and showed me all the settings. Highly recommend buying from this dealer.

    The online appointments were full so I called and they worked me in. Very friendly and professional staff. Transparent pricing, they hand you a sheet with the prices of the most common services. Waiting room is comfortable. They did a synthic oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I will definitely go back, they provided me with an excellent customer experience. Face it, we all dread going to the dealership for auto maintenance so give Bommarito a try.

    I have been a Bommarito Toyota customer since I leased my first Corolla from them in 2016. When my second lease was up they offered me a great deal to buy it. I've always been very happy with the service dept. They get me in and out quickly and always remind me when maintenance is due. This year I traded that car in on a new Corolla. I worked with Rachel in the sales dept to find just the right car with the features I wanted. Anxious to get the GPS set up fully once I purchase a new phone. I know Rachel will be available to help. That's a real benefit to a new car owner with zero tech skills! Very happy with Bommarito Toyota and all the staff there.

    Rachel Eisele was very nice to talk to. Would give 4 stars because she was personable. She was the best part of this experience. If you go to Bommarito, ask for Rachel. She had the process going well for what she handles. As for the rest of the dealership, I’d give 2 stars. Financing took the usual “sit there and wear the customer down” approach. Literally sat there for almost exactly one hour before going into an office with a finance person… whose office had otherwise not had foot traffic that whole time. 🙄 Cabin Air filter definitely hadn’t been changed. Changed it two days after getting home with the vehicle and pulled out a rodent nest from the vehicle having sat for extended periods of time. A good reminder that just because a dealer gives a used vehicle a thumbs up, even if it’s only 27k miles on it, they just do the bare minimum to make it presentable and sellable. Even the front license plate frame… they only put one screw in. 🙄 admittedly, kind of salty, cause two days later found exact same vehicle, year and trim, with 2k more miles for $4k less. 🤦

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ – Deeply Disappointed: Unnecessary Service, Vehicle Damaged, Zero Accountability I purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander XLE Hybrid and brought it in for my first service at 10,000 miles — a routine oil change and tire rotation. What followed has been one of the most frustrating and damaging dealership experiences of my life. Service Advisor(Danny) Dan Jenkins informed me that my vehicle's alignment was "out" and warned that skipping it would damage my suspension and tires. I trusted his professional judgment and agreed to the service. That was my mistake. Immediately after the alignment was performed, my car — which had been running perfectly smooth — began making noises it had never made before. The ride quality changed noticeably and the vehicle no longer felt like a new car. I returned for a second appointment, was made to wait over THREE HOURS past my scheduled time, only to be told after they finally looked at it that the alignment was redone and "everything is perfect." The noises remained. Danny's response was essentially to dismiss my concerns entirely. Seeking a second opinion, I visited another Toyota dealership. Their technicians confirmed the alignment was BAD — and they too were puzzled as to why a 10,000-mile vehicle would ever need an alignment in the first place. This validates what I had suspected: the original alignment recommendation was either unnecessary or was performed incorrectly, introducing problems that did not exist before. Despite multiple visits to Toyota Bommarito, the issues created during that first service appointment remain unresolved. My brand-new vehicle has been left in a worse condition than when I brought it in. What makes this especially concerning is that Danny recommended an unnecessary alignment on my previous vehicle as well. This is a pattern. Whether this is a systemic upselling tactic or individual negligence, the outcome is the same — a loyal Toyota customer with a damaged vehicle and no resolution. I am requesting that Toyota Bommarito and Toyota Corporate take full responsibility for the damage caused during service, repair my vehicle at no cost, and investigate Danny's service practices. I will be escalating this to Toyota's regional customer service and, if necessary, to consumer protection authorities. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability — not unnecessary services that leave their vehicles worse off.
