I first gave 5 stars to Nissan Bommarito Hazelwood until I was rushed and was not given the opportunity to be shown how to work a new car that I had purchased on Tuesday May 12th. At first Zach Cusumano seemed like a very nice salesperson but when I asked him questions about a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder that I did purchased and my sister also purchased a car the same day with Zach. Zach did take care of my sister first and I do remember asking him if it to late for me to purchase a car from him that I would come back the next day because it was already around 3:30 pm after he finished helping my sister. To make a long story short with me, I felt like I was being rushed because finance didn't finished until 5:55pm and Zach started to rushed me. I still needed to clean out my car that I traded it in, they locked the doors because it was after 6pm and Zach couldn't even take the sales paper out of my new car. I was so upset and I explained to him that I felt like I was not treated right. So the next day I came back at 9am to have Zach removed the sales paper out of my car but he wasn't there yet. So, I guess this was a supervisor and he remembered me and my sister purchase a car on Tuesday. I explained to him how I was treated by Zach and he told me not to worry that he was going to have someone to help me. Chris Colesworthy was a wonderful salesperson. He took his time to explain and showed me everything thing that I asked about my new car. He apologized to me how I was treated and also helped my sister the same day and that was Tuesday May 13th. I feel like Chris should have received the commission on the car that me and my sister purchased. I will give Chris 5 STARS for being a awesome, patient and very professional salesperson. I will be referring my friend and family to Chris Colesworthy.
This establishment appears to have significant customer service issues. Steve, the service manager, and his team, including Mike and Bailey, seem to lack professionalism. I had scheduled an appointment with Bailey for Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, and specifically requested to wait while my vehicle was being serviced. However, Bailey booked me as a drop-off, which was not feasible for me. Upon arrival, Mike informed me that they could not accommodate me until the following Monday. Furthermore, he made an unprofessional comment about my vehicle's appearance, which I found to be irrelevant and disrespectful. I was forced to return my vehicle due to its undrivable condition, only to be told that I would need to pay upfront for any services. Steve explained that this was their policy, which I found to be unusual and potentially unfair. I expressed my concerns and decided to retrieve my vehicle. Throughout my experience, I have found the staff to be unprofessional and unconcerned with customer satisfaction. Despite being a long-time customer, I have consistently received subpar treatment.
Update : The owner is completely dishonest. I have never met him in person and our only interaction was a phone conversation. I have never had the opportunity to shake his hand and cannot describe his appearance. Therefore, his response should be taken as a reflection of his character.

My wife and I have been a customer of Bommarito Nisson since 1996, leasing and/or buying approximately 20 cars from them. I don't think I have to tell you, as I believe it's obvious, that I cannot say enough good things about this car dealership. All my experiences with them, be it buying or servicing my vehicle, have been positively outstanding. All of the people I have dealt with at Bommarito have been super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I want to give a special thanks to the sales person, Todd Eversgerd. I have worked with Todd on every single transaction over the years. Todd goes out of his way to please customers, and that is why I have him as my "go to guy" when needing a new vehicle. I have also recommended my friends to check with Todd when needing a new car, as I know they will not be disappointed.
You get no runaround when dealing with Todd, as he shoots straight, and gets to the point when purchasing or leasing the new car.

I'll start with... If I could give a billion 🌟 I would because Shyra Davis is worth every last one!
Sad news first... My son and I were in a car accident on 2-14-26 and my poor Nissan Maxima was totaled.
Now for the Awesome news... once I got the word that my car was totaled my next thought was I need to call Shyra because momma needs a new ride ASAP! I called Shyra told her the news and that it was finally time to come see her to make that happen. I told her what I was looking for, price range and color. On 3-18-26 I met with Shyra first thing in the morning and yes she even came in EARLY before her actual shift started to accommodate me and my needs. She never blinked an eye and we got right to work!
And.... within 1 hour and 37 minutes I had done looked at a few different Nissan Rouges (its a color thing), test drove and signed all my papers and purchased fresh off the assembly line with 10 miles on it a Brand New 2026.5 Nissan Rouge Dark Armour (Boulder Gray)!!! Yes, its a Half Year!
I couldn't be more Happy with my new Nissan Rouge I purchased from the 1 and ONLY Shyra Davis!!!! I honestly just hung out with my big sister for almost 2 hours and purchased a brand new ride at the same time! If you're looking to purchase a New or Used vehicle look no further as Ms. Shyra Davis is your gal at Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood! Thanks Sis for always taking care of not just me, but Dylan too! You got me back on the road ASAP and in exactly what I wanted!
Jay Mehta the Finance Manager was truly wonderful as well and never tried to up sell me on any extra warranties and allowed me to make the best decision for my personal self and what I wanted to add on! I was with Jay for 17 minutes to close the deal and head on down the road in my brand new ride.
Everyone was truly warm and welcoming within the Bommarito Nissan Family and I'm Proud to say... I'm now again after many years away, apart of the Bommarito Family once more! They always say, "Home is where the ❤️ is" and I'm HOME 🏡

Me and my wife newly moved here in the US. We were in complete lost in the process of starting up as a couple in a new enviroment set up. Then the hassle of moving from point A to point B. Hence, we had the need for a reliable personal vehicle. We came to Bommarito for car solution and they made everything so smooth. The process was straightforward and honest. And the deal was so transparent that we felt the fairness and respect to us as a client. There was a sales agent named Frank Nagshbandi who accommodated us. He was the most honest sales agent I have ever met. He gave us the best deal plus a royalty like service. As per my experience with many sales agent, Frank made us feel that we are not being taken advantage of. We received a crystal clear transparent process and sales computation. Plus some few take away tips on how to get started here in Missouri. He will be for sure one of the reason why we will be coming back to Bommarito.
I highly recommend that if you will be visiting this branch, go straight to Frank's desk and I am sure that you will be well taken care of.
