  One of the biggest reasons I would recommend Bommarito Nissan is Todd Eversgerds responsiveness and professionalism. While other local dealerships were slow to respond or inconsistent with their communication, Todd Eversgerd consistently replied promptly, answered my questions thoroughly, and kept me informed throughout the process. Bommarito made it easy to get the information I needed without repeated follow-up on my part. That level of communication and customer service set them apart and made the entire buying experience much more efficient and enjoyable.

  Terrible Experience From Service, JoJo Lim doesn’t know how to talk to a customer, he’s very rude, mean when he speaks and acts like the customers don’t know what we are talking about. Never again will i work with him. A service advisor’s job is to communicate respectfully and assist customers, regardless of personal opinions. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend working with this advisor.

  After a negative experience leasing my previous vehicle through a different dealership, I was honestly very hesitant about going through the leasing process again. I expected it to be stressful, time-consuming, and full of back-and-forth negotiations. Todd Eversgerd at Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood completely changed that experience. From the very beginning, Todd was responsive, professional, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. While other local dealerships were slow to respond or inconsistent with their communication, Todd consistently answered my questions promptly and provided the information I requested. He respected my preference to handle everything remotely until we had agreed on the numbers, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, there were no surprises. Everything we discussed beforehand was exactly what I encountered when I arrived at the dealership. The entire in-person process, including my test drive, took about an hour. It was by far the smoothest and most efficient vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. Todd earned my trust through his honesty, follow-through, and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time and a salesperson who genuinely makes the process seamless rather than stressful, I highly recommend asking for Todd at Bommarito Nissan.

  Shyra Davis is the BEST. She is very polite and has a loving spirit. She sold my husband a Nissan Maxima a few years ago so last year I went to her and purchased a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder (which I loved) but I no longer required all the extra space. I text her on a Tuesday morning and was driving off the lot in my 2026 Nissan Murano before 6:30 pm. I highly recommend Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood and Shyra Davis 💜

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST dealership known to man. I have been begging for them to Re-send a title as I have been in college back and forth. In May 2026 I went to this place and they gave me a title that wasn't accurate. (Clearly re ordered the title without my knowledge) When I went to the DMV, to my surprise, they gave me the wrong one lol. I had to travel from south city to hazlewood just for them to order another that takes 4-6 weeks. So to be up to par, I decide to call around the 3 week mark, they didn't have it. I called again today 6/10 which is 4 weeks. I believe I spoke with an Aaron IN SALES. I'm not sure if it's because I sound black but Aaron in SLAES decided to verbally abuse me over the call. When I asked for the titling clerks line, he started yelling, screaming, and talking over me. I asked him why wasnt he letting me convey anything to him and he straight up said "BECAUSE IM DOING 5 THINGS AT ONCE AND ITS BEEN 5 YEARS" so? What does that matter? l've asked for the title more than once. I will be making sure he gets some kind of write up or reprimand. As the unprofessionalism was very astonishing. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from this unprofessional place. Especially if you have to deal with Aaron IN SALES. Prepare to be verbally abused when you want simple answers.i wouldn't send a dog here! Update: unfortunately was involved in a reck now the towing company won’t release it. And guess the reason THE TITLE. Spoke with a Tom and he lies and says that I “lost the title” blatant LIE I didn’t lose anything the original title got returned due to mailing and this has been hell ever since. I physically go in get the title they gave me the old one. Also was told it takes ten days today when I was at towing company but then when I was there 5/13 and when I was yelled at by Aaron I’m told 4-5 weeks. Now my insurance can’t pay me out until i register this crashed car … lol what a mess man
