  I had an amazing experience working with Kevin Hall at Bommarito Ford! The entire process was completely painless and actually pleasant. Kevin is super friendly, transparent, and gave me a great deal right upfront without any hassle. We already have Kevin searching for another vehicle for my husband.   Buying a vehicle can often be a headache, but we had a very friendly and seamless experience when purchasing our vehicle from Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood. Our sales representative, Justin, was super helpful when I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw online, by quickly getting updates on the car’s availability as well as quickly sending a current video of the vehicle to help make our decision to view it. We were given detailed information about the vehicle that had been a trade in, and were able to purchase it without a long drawn out process that car buyers often experience once they get to the dealership. We loved the location and overall customer service we experienced there. We highly recommend this location when purchasing a new or used vehicle!!

  I was falsely accused of not paying for an oil change that the service man said it was free because it was my first one since I had just bought my car 3months prior and I go back for a service and I’m being told that I have an open ticket make it make sense I was given my key and paperwork and told to have a good day trust me your company would not provide me my keys knowing that it had not paid for service it’s all a game but I’m not here to play

  Mark Eversgerd provided an excellent level of customer service. He was able to locate exactly the vehicle I wanted and worked with my limited timeframe to make sure I could get up to the dealership to check out the car. He stayed later to make sure everything was finalized, provided assistance after the sale to help me get everything together so I could get tags, and checked in on me after the sale to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I will be referring friends and family to him for anyone looking for a car. Trustworthy and honest.

From taking care of all of my service needs with Scott, to purchasing my new Bronco with Steve, to financing with Jim every step was absolutely exceptional. Scott consistently goes above and beyond with communication, professionalism, and making sure everything is handled quickly and correctly. You can truly tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in providing outstanding service. Steve made buying my Bronco an incredible experience from start to finish. His knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for helping people find the right vehicle truly stood out. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Jim in financing was phenomenal knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and made everything easy to understand while finding the best options possible. Customer service like this is rare.
