  Price was fair for the vehicle. Transaction went fairly decent. The hand off from paying for the vehicle to getting me in the van was horrible. dealership knew i was driving 3 hours to get this van, had 3 days to prep and have it ready, they also knew a 1 hour window when i would arrive to take delivery. they didnt start the prep until after i paid for the van, then set it out with a low tire pressure light on and no full tank of gas. ended up waiting 1.5 hours to have someone hand me keys and walk off. no explanation, no thank you for your business. sales manager offered me a gift card to a gas station for my "inconvenience". this was a mediocre deal at best, time is valuable and the lack of respect for my time was not acceptable. had people standing around while i was waiting for my sales person to try to sell another car. hope they look at this and try to improve future sales

  Let’s start this review off right! My salesman is Mark Eversgerd. Laid back guy with attention to detail and knows how to keep the whole car buying process relaxed. Him and I were already on the same page with how the whole thing was going to go so when I got there at 10 in the morning, I walked in with my license plates, interrupted his breakfast (beef jerky) which he offered me some which was delicious by the way, and filled out the credit app. Now I know car buying can be stressful and overwhelming but I have to say, while I was filling the credit app out, Mark was already putting my plates on the vehicle we were there for! Next step was the finance office with Rob where everything went quick and smooth. Then Boom, we were finished! Our New 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor was cleaned up, all weather floor mats were installed and plates were on. This whole process probably took about 1 -1 1/2 hours!! This is my second new vehicle from Bommarito in 2 years and not only is the 10 year 200k power train warranty on New Fords great, but the staff all around the Ford dealership is great! Shout out to Mark Eversgerd for helping me out and taking care of us. 10/10

  I have to say that despite a few bumps (like losing a light on the highway and some additional parts needing to be ordered), it was a smooth transition. From the initial consultation with Steve to Dominic keeping me informed and being honest with updates and pricing, throughout the process,, to the friendly front line ladies, it has been a great experience. Thank you for restoring my baby to its glory!!! My hat is off to Bommarito Collision and the professionalism of this team!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the future.

  Had a prearranged visit for Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood with sales rep Vicky Woodson-Wallace. She’s a very busy sales representative but she took her time with me and had me test drive a few vehicles. I ultimately decided on a 2025 Hyundai Sonata and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Vicky made the whole process very simple and fast . I actually spent more time test driving vehicles than I did waiting for paperwork and financing to be approved. Once I chose my vehicle I was in and out in less than what felt like 45 minutes or so . All I can say is Vicky was excellent and I will definitely send friends and family to her. Make sure you ask for her if you visit this location. Thank you Vicky and Bommarito for making this the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

  My appointment was originally scheduled for 6/10. Upon checking in, Donnie informed me that the service department was running behind, which I understood. However, after waiting approximately 30 minutes, Donnie came to the lounge and asked if I could return the following day because my vehicle would not be serviced that day. Although this created a significant inconvenience, I rearranged my schedule and completed a night drop-off to accommodate the dealership. I was then scheduled for a 7:00 AM appointment on 6/11. One of the services I paid for was a tire rotation, which was not completed. Prior to my appointment, I marked my front tires, and those same markings remained on the front tires when I picked up my vehicle. This leads me to believe the service was either overlooked or rushed due to the department being behind schedule. Additionally, Donnie advised me that two discounts would be applied to my bill because of the inconvenience caused by having to return another day. However, when I checked out on 6/11, Justin informed me that only one discount had been applied. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The services performed were not inexpensive, and I expect the work I paid for to be completed thoroughly and accurately. Because the tire rotation was not done, I now have to return again on 6/12 to have the service completed correctly, resulting in yet another disruption to my schedule. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly, including an explanation regarding the incomplete service and the discrepancy with the promised discounts.
