- DCDaryl Calvank5 days ago1.0DO NOT BOOK PRIME PARKING AT THIS LOCATION. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ENFORCE THE PRIME PARKING SPOTS. I booked a Prime parking space ($18) because I was arriving after midnight. When I arrived all of the prime spots as well as free spots were taken. I asked the manager to have someone move and was told that they don't enforce the parking rules. How can they sell me something that they can't guarantee I will get!! My review is on the parking issue. I don't know anything else about the truckstop.

- CGChristopher GJun 15, 20262.0The people are nice but it just seems like a lot of slacking off and doing the bare minimum. The Dunkin area wasn’t set up at 6am…. No donuts and no cold/hot coffee That’s prime breakfast hours. Truckers get in earlier than 6am so you’re still missing out on a lot of money. Their a/c is out so there is big portable a/cs just sort of in the way. One is blocking half of the door, has to be a fire hazard???? Also, every time I’ve come in here during morning hours-there has been a group of guys/customers hanging out around a merchandise stand. They’re eating their food, chatting, and watching every single person that comes in and out of here. It’s just creepy. There are tables in Arby’s to sit at. I don’t know if management has said something to them but that should be loitering…blocking merchandise and staring at other customers. I don’t care if they’ve purchased from pilot, that doesn’t give them a pass for creepy behavior.

- AGAleta GodseyMay 31, 20265.0I just want to say that one of the employees at store 442 went above and beyond to help me in a situation. Her name is Brittany Carter. She couldn't have been nicer more patient and helpful. I've always enjoyed stopping at that store for a break as I travel. It's because of employees like her that I stopped there. Especially after this situation I will seek out other pilot stores as I travel and tell my friends and family that's the best place to stop. Again thank you Brittany Carter for going above and beyond.
