  Update: I was going to leave the review and not ask for anything. The staff and the GM that handed my drop off were not what I expected. Deshawn and Terry were happy to listen to what went wrong and explain that this was not the way they handle business. Ive been reassured this was a once off. Gage was helpful and quick picking up the car. Sadly thats where the "good" for this review stops. We rented a mini van for 6 days, we got half way to our destination when the collision avoidance system malfunctioned on the interstate. Called this location, then was transfered to the Lee summit location where the less than helpful Flippe who we asked for help or to have HOLLY call us back.he told us "shes with a customer and she would call back. (5 days latter that never happened). We got ahold of corporate for road side assistance, we asked for a replacement van, as this is what we paid for and have 6 people in the car traveling 1800 miles one way. They directed us to limp the van over to a international airport in Salt Lake city where they would have a replacement van ready. SHOCKING, that was a blatant lie - we got there and no one was called and a genetic "note" was left on the account. This continues into they did not have a Van and ended up putting us in a Nissan Armada which got half the gas mileage and had no room for our stuff and the 6 people. Even further shocker, this was a nightmare to drive through the mountains, at this point we called and begged for a van - we were hung up on so we ended up calling 6 different enterprises. The location in Oakland California did everything they could to actually try to help after finding out the Armanda Was NEVER CHECKED OUT AND WAS MARKED AS MISSING and the only van they the tire exploded while filling it for us 🤯. They put us in a Dodge Durango, still cramped for all of us and that "event" took about 1.5 hours to get the car checked back in "which happens a lot" and the Dodge doesn't take regular gas of course. TLDR: if you value your time, saftey, sanity, and any support if things go wrong I would think twice

  Cullen B. at Harrisonville Enterprise helped our family get on the road ASAP. Cullen is a pro that knows how to handle a situation in a pinch like a pro and he is a nice guy. After our experience last weekend, we will recommend the Enterprise rental location in Harrisonville, MO where Cullen works. Thank you Enterprise and thank you Cullen!!

  The large out of state deposit was kind of unreasonable. The vehicle i rented smelled really bad with Cigarettes and vaping.
