  Alexa, Steve and Ian are now our friends for life. My pal and I were on an adventure and had to abruptly stop for an oil change, where better to go than valvoline in Hannibal? From the moment our vehicle entered the parking lot we were entertained. Alexa always making sure we were in the right place, Steve having all the knowledge and Ian working tirelessly from downstairs. They have a forever customer with us!! Love yall

  The people were friendly and very helpful in answering any questions I had. I was in and out in under 15 min. and they explained every step they were doing along the way.

  Steve and Alexa at Valvoline were so helpful. My dad and I are on a 2 day roadtrip and the skid plate under our car was dragging on the ground. They put clips back on the plate and we were back on the road within 20 minutes. We didn’t even have to get out of car. Thank y’all so much. Y’all were so much more courteous than the Walmart auto care people and others who were unwilling to help us on a Saturday afternoon near closing time. Many thanks again!

  Everyone at the shop was so helpful and professional it was a great experience. My daughter forgot to get her oil changed before traveling traveling from NY to MO. She's not had experience with a quick change oil service before because where she's from they don't actually do it quickly. They will make you wait, even if they are not busy. She was completely taken aback by how fast and efficient the whole process was. Thanks guys for making it so easy for her.
