I love the fact they update you every step of the way through text messaging. The Customer Service is above anything that I've ever seen, especially Melody (Front Desk) and Hayden (Towing Services). Everyone was very courteous, kind and respectful. My car was there for about a week and it looks like I just drove it off the showroom lot. I am very pleased with the work and if ever needed, I will always choose Gerber Collision.
