I just wanted to say whoever just answered my call (7:00pm) should be promoted, given a raise, rewarded somehow for the stellar customer service I received. I did not use the services in any way I was just calling around looking for my van and this lovely person on the other end was super helpful and friendly annually went the extra mile to dig deeper to try to help me!
