  Damon with BigTex Trailer World helped me get into a 24ft tilt trailer today. He was patient and no pressure. This was my second visit after previous looking a month or so ago. I had found exactly what I wanted on their website. Gave him a call and by chance they had just received the exact trailer in that I was wanting. Very laid back experience and helped reinforce the features I had researched and was excited about. So I knew I was making the right decision. Even visited with their mechanic to help make sure I properly maintain the tilt trailer as I had never owned one before. This trailer pulled home great. Light weight but heavy duty for maximum payload capacity. Which was much greater than the other brands I had researched. Thank you Damon and hope to be back for another one in the future.

  I selected a trailer online and got a response very quickly of availability and price. I then went and looked at it and they were not pushy at all. I shopped around a little more and found other trailers priced the same, but I didn’t think they were built as well. The purchase was simple and easy. Was a pleasant experience.

  Big Tex Trailers. Such an outstanding selection for high quality, high-functioning equipment. Big Tex has the best trailering / hauling equipment and accessories available. Even dump trailers and personalized trailers for all of my need for Home maintenance equipment. Now onto what matters the most, the team of absolute gentleman that run this place truly care about what they do and how they go about meeting the needs of their clients and even one time customers. I was totally broke down and without trailer lights suddenly and was stranded. The lead technician at Big Tex stopped everything he was doing and spent an hour rewiring my 16 foot cargo trailer to ensure my wife and I could get back on the road and safely. This is the type of equipment and service provider that earns loyalty and is truly the only people in the industry I need to know for all of my trailering and hauling needs.
