- CSCrystal Sweiger5 days ago3.0Sales does a nice job selling. Maybe too good. We bought a new Forest River Salem HR travel trailer. Walk-through was extremely rushed, however. But, found out after taking off, the furnace didn't work, air-conditioner wouldn't shut off, toilet coil had a minor drip, trim fell off around bed and window molding came loose. Here's my complaint - after bringing it back to Service Dept. to repair said minor items, EACH problem needed its own appointment to address! They couldn't do it all in one day! Day after day repairs for A BRAND NEW CAMPER!!! Yes, all under warranty, but ridiculous amount of problems and time spent. Up side was the people are all very nice. That's why they get 3 stars instead of 1!!
- SMSean McGuireApr 28, 20261.0Kip who works in the parts department is super helpful and quick to meet your needs. The service center however is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend to anyone to ever go there. Went there to get an awning mounted. Then the tried to upsell me all the service a camper can have to include a roof. I had them do the axle bearing, was a good price but took 8 DAYS to get an hour job completed which the sold as an additional service. One would think additional services or products would be a priority, nope, they didn’t even have it scheduled when I showed up five days after they sold me the service. Terrible customer service, then they have to schedule your pick up that is most convenient to them. Never going back and I would not recommend anyone does either to have work done!
