  Thank you Dion for being so kind and helpful!! I was having a terrible morning after a travel arrangement hiccup, and he was able to get my car serviced quickly and recommended a needed service, but without all of the sales pressure. He helped me find a coupon online in order to get me the best price possible. Being a single mom on a very tight budget, I was thankful that there was not the added sales pressure that a lot of places like this have. A little kindness goes a long way in my book and Dion deserves 5 stars!

  After I got an oil change, I left and down the road my oil light came back on. After stopping and popping the hood to check the oil level, I found that there was a clamp missing from my coolant tank to the radiator and the hose was disconnected. I happened to pop open the coolant tank to find that they had put OIL IN MY COOLANT TANK. It appears that it was probably noticed by the employee and they pulled off the hose so it didn't go into my radiator, and there was several inches of oil sitting on top of the coolant on the tank. No one even told me they messed this up, they just expected I would find it I guess and it resulted in pulling the coolant tank off, cleaning it thoroughly, then putting it back on and filling it with coolant, after buying a new hose clamp as well. Just, completely absurd behavior and if I didn't know any better it's entirely possible I would have had a wholly damaged car.
