  I had an amazing experience with Chassidy at this location today, compared to my prior visits in the past. She has such a positive attitude and Was very helpful in answering questions that I was not knowledgeable of. I think Cassidy will be a great asset to this company.

  Great work, professional, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Explained why I should get different services for my vehicle even though I only came in for an oil change. Didn't feel pressured to buy, but the info was helpful.

  2nd edit: they actually responded. Edit: apparently, the owner isn't too concerned about the 1 star ratings since they seem to only respond to the 5 stars. Oh, well. My family and I have other choices with far better service than a group who lie and don't care at all. I normally never have an issue with Valvoline, but this visit was pretty frustrating for me. Upon arrival, both bays were full and I stopped far enough back to pull into either. A crew member motioned me forward to one side and asked what I wanted. Not friendly, but not overly rude, just seemed irritated I was there. Told him oil change and a filter, top off and air in tires. After waiting 10 minutes, another car pulled up next to me as they finished the car in that bay and they took him straight in. Pretty irritating. Finally got my in and the same guy asked if I wanted same oil as before and when I said yes, he then gave me a price and asked how I was paying. I reminded him of the filter so that was tagged on. I still don't know if they actually topped off anything, but I can tell you they did NOT pur air in the tires despite the receipt claiming they were at 35 pounds. Will not return to them.
