- CKChristian Kinsey6 days ago1.0Terrible, iv came here for years aswell as the ithers iv sent and somehow todays crew (new crew) can close the establishment 60 minutes early with two cars leaving the bay and only one single car on deck (left side) , they could have easily did 2 out, 2 in (with me being his last car) i was turned away so they could take 30 plus minutes with all hands on deck to do one compact vehicle oilchange, i always reccomend to others, i wont to that anymore. not positive if the crew wants to work or if they will turn them away at 6pm, when they really close at 7pm, longtime customer dissapointed, downhill, wont be coming back.if valvoline closes at 6! then change it to 6! and if yall close at 7 get some workers that can work till 7!

Anyone who sees this, dont go to any other place to get your oil changed!!!!!!! Valvoline on Halls Ferry and Parker road. Is StL's place to go Ask for Tierre, Rodney or Koop they will get you right.

He told me everything I needed to know and didn’t try to force me to do anything extra. He even waited for me to find a coupon online lol. I will absolutely be visiting this location more often.
