  Please DO NOT PAY WITH CASH. They will report correctly to Carfax but if you misplace your original receipt and request it. You may get a receipt showing a quart of oil and they will pocket your cash. Warranty will deny your claim. Valvoline update Carfax on 5/8 stating my vehicle came for tire condition and pressure check but my vehicle has been in the shop since March. DO NOT PAY WITH CASH!!!!!! Customer service is no help they sent my back to the store that said they view the cameras only for customer service to say the District manager said their cameras do not go that far back. After paying $2500 for warranty now I’m facing $8000 out of pocket because she saw and opportunity to pocket $100. SAD!

  Wasn't too happy at that location, Hallsferry & Parker Rd, they didn't want to give me a receipt, everybody doesn't have the capability to print also they never showed me my filter, other locations has. I didn't realize until I got home, I thought about it then. I will never go back to that location again. I got an oil change. Also why aren't you guys responding to the customers who has had a bad experience with you Valvoline? You're only responding to the customers who are giving 5 stars, I noticed that while reading the reviews. Just asking a question 🤔

  They checked that they reset my maintenance reminder light, when they did not do it. Who knows what else they checked off and didn't do?

  The attendants were great. No problems and they told me what I may need in the near future which was helpful at New Halls Ferry/Parker Rd

  I rate a 3 due to inconsistent with information on my oil change. After repeating my self for accuracy of information being entered in the computer, caused me to call customer service to get things updated properly. Whuch means i never i got the email with my receipt. Whivh i really needed. Which the mileage was wrong and my email address was wrong after I repeated to the rep. It made me frustrated because I spent over an hour on the phone to get this resolved. Along with I have to drive back and get the update sticker with correct mileage. It goes on. However I never do reviews unless necessary, I had to because the rep should repeated for accuracy to avoid all this.
