  Everyone working at this spot is friendly and quick at what they do. Got to love sitting in your car and getting it serviced and driving off. Thanks everyone for taking care of our cars.

  I’m so upset! I went into Valvoline to get an oil change and a battery.They couldn’t get the battery out at first and try to send me home with my old battery. They kept telling me to start my car and it wouldn’t start! So they jumped it and kept the old battery in there. I asked Kae soooo I’m going to have to jump my car to start it and he said ummm yeah. I was super pissed. Tierra had a hard time getting the terminals off and broke the positive one off. It’s super loose and my battery light is on! I was told to come back and the assistant manager Koel would put the new terminal on for $40 in the morning (which is today) I went to O Reilly to get the terminal and took them back up there so he could put them on! I went up there twice this morning. The first time he was not there and they said to come back at 10:30. Get there at 10:30 Assistant Manager told me to pop my hood looked at the terminals I had and said they was not compatible. And my wire on the positive side was too short. I go back to return the terminals to O Reilly and 3 men looked at it and said they broke your terminal and told you you are responsible for the piece they broke off! That’s not right. So now I am driving around with a broken terminal and my car keeps going slow then pick up when I drive. I feel like they are responsible for breaking my positive terminal and not replacing it.

  The young man that asked what service I needed acted like he didn’t want to be there. When I got to Valvoline my tire light was on but they did not check them at all and I left with the light on. The only thing they checked were my lights.I had to ask if they would check my air filter and paid for that separately because I had already paid for the oil change and he told me I was all done. He also did not give me any receipt. Had to call to get them emails to me. I told customer service about the tire light being and the rep said the noted all tires were at 35 and the is not true I have a digital panel that tells my tire level. I arrived with the driver level being 28 passenger 33 and the back rear drive 36 and back passenger 38. I went to the nearest QT and filled my tires. The only good part was another young man showed me my oil level after replacing it. Thanks
