  I spoke with Rich over the phone asking how long it would take to get my vehicle inspected. He told me around an hour. I pulled in and meet with Rich who was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. He understood that I was in a hurry and jumped right into action. Fortunately both Rich and his inspector caught that I would also need a safety inspection as well as an IDOD to title my vehicle that day. Between answering all questions he had for me being a new customer and having all three inspections done, I was out the door in 40 minutes. Fantastic job. For years we’ve all seen a large decline in customer service, it was great to see today what that used to be like - guaranteed repeat business from me and word of mouth!

  My experience here at Travers in Florissant has been excellent. I have brought my vehicle here before and had excellent service then too. Rich is so nice, helpful, and friendly. He is always willing to help. Mike did an excellent job on my car and is very knowledgeable. I can’t remember her name, but the lady representative is very kind too. Once I picked up my car, I had a question and Brad came out and helped me. He went above and beyond. He listened to my question and looked at my vehicle. He did some preventative work, and I did not even have an appt for today, and he fit me in. Thank you so much Brad! Thank you Rich and Mike too. I highly recommend them for any car services you may need for your vehicle.

  **DOES NOT HONOR EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!*** My car was brought in for a misfire and was continuously misdiagnosed by Travers Service department after getting all recommended services. I took the car to Ford dealership, who diagnosed the car as having “coolant intrusion” and an engine replacement was recommended. Assurant (the warranty company) denied my claim due to coolant bottles found in my trunk stating that the car driven while overheating which is not the case. The car never once overheated. It was only brought in because the service engine light turned on and I immediately attempted to fixed the problem. I called the service department at Travers and they stated it’s a known problem with the 2018 Ford Fusion and that Ford issued recalled for this problem that expired already. I bought the car February, 2025 with est. 94,700 and put 10,000 miles on the car which is currently reading est. 105,000. It has a 2-year/24,000 mile warranty. The warranty company denied my claim and the service department at Travers communication and customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. My car has been out of service since 4/16/2026.

  If I could rate a negative value I would!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will cover up the fact that your vehicle has check engine codes and send you off in worse condition than you arrived. Then they will refuse to provide the owners contact information to allow you to have a conversation about being scammed out of $1,700. If you care about your car or your bank account… pick literally anywhere else!

  These guys are legit no appointments and still got me in and out the following day, they are open and very communicative about everything. Hands down will return. Everyone super cool and amazing people 💯 💪🏽
