  My husband Mike Jones and I have had our vehicle(s) serviced here for years. Mike Darnell and Richard Hopkins have been EXTREMELY consistent at providing top tier customer service! I specifically want to highlight Richard Hopkins as I am typically serviced by him whenever I come. He is an EXCELLENT asset to the company and deserves a raise! (No exaggeration ) I have consistently witnessed him provide excellent customer service not only to myself but each and every customer that comes in and on each and every phone call he takes no matter if they are upset. Not to mention, he is down to earth always good spirited, patient, and ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer has the ultimate customer experience. I seriously don’t know how he manage to do this so exceptionally well especially considering how busy they are. Thank you so much! Lastly, I can’t leave out the excellent mechanics that are also consistent at providing great service- resolving all or vehicles maintenance and issues. I will DEFINITELY continue to recommend this shop to everyone! Keep up the excellent work!

  The service was great. I’ll start by saying I was having a rough day. My car was acting up, and I was sick of being overcharged and lied to just because I’m a woman. But then this angel named Nikki helped me out and got my car fixed. Ladies, she’s honest and will actually help you. It’s refreshing to see a woman who really knows her stuff. Nikki explained what was wrong, checked it out, had the mechanic look at it, and gave me the pricing upfront. She didn’t try to rip me off at all. Even the guys at the counter explain everything clearly. You’ve got to check them out. You might think it’s pricey, but it’s really no different than anywhere else, and you want the job done right the first time. Definitely give them a try; I’ll be going back for sure.   Premier Auto is the one! Mike and his staff were very friendly and addressed my concerns with my Fusion with honesty. My daughter is heading to college and the car being serviced is my gift to her, and I wanted the car to be safer with a thorough check of the lights that were a problem too. I had a great experience with this business. The staff was helpful, the service was efficient, and everything was handled professionally. I appreciate the attention to detail and would definitely recommend them to others.

  I received great service from this establishment! As A first time Customer, I Wasn’t sure what to expect… Niki Took care of me And explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle. For once, I actually understood The problem my car was having, and the consequences I could endure if I prolonged the repair. There was other things My vehicle needed, But she separated the repairs based off of severity.. She didn’t try to kill my Wallet By telling me, I had to do everything RIGHT NOW! WOW, what integrity! And that is not so common these days!! Thank you!! I WILL RETURN, No doubt about it

  Very disrespectful over the phone and did not try and help me get on the schedule! I called and tried to get a hold of auto repair shop but the RV shop answered, he directed me to the auto shop and when they didn’t answer I called back and of course reached the RV side again at that point I could hear someone in the background say “I just told him that” but with a very disrespectful demeanor, they will never be getting my business and I would never recommend this place.
