  Mr.Charles was really nice and friendly. I appreciate him getting me in and out while I was on my break at work.

  I always come to jiffy lube for my oil changes, tire rotation/balances etc and I usually have a great experience at this location whenever I do business with Mr. Charles he’s wonderful but on this particular occasion 6/18/26 the associate Russell managed to ensure that I didn’t have a good experience upon doing business with him. I’ve pulled into their bays plenty of times so I know not to use too much gas when pulling in but I have a car with a turbocharged engine so when I slightly tap on the gas it can tend to have a little more power than ones that are not. This is what happened when I was pulling in the bay and he immediately got frustrated and accused me of giving it too much gas and asked Mr. Charles to deal with it like excuse me? Again I literally only tapped on the gas pedal I’m not crazy and have pulled into the bay plenty of times before but when I expressed that I wasn’t giving it too much he proceeded to have an negative exchange with me instead of being understanding and professional. At this point I no longer wanted to deal with him and expressed that although he continued to perform services on my vehicle which I also didn’t want. You just had an unpleasant exchange with me why would I want you to continue to work on my vehicle? But it was just him and one other associate and the bays were already filled with more people waiting so I reluctantly let him continue. He then approached me again and asked me to go in the lobby and leave my keys this wouldn’t be an issue but for the service I was getting I usually stayed in my car so I stated that I would like to stay in my vehicle and he didn’t give me any type of explanation just told me I needed to go in the lobby so there was another negative exchange. After speaking with Mr. Charles he explained and that clarified things but Russell could’ve just as easily explained why I needed to wait in the lobby it was that simple. I was so close to leaving and going to a different location but since from that point on I only did business with Mr. Charles I decided to stay. He was the only reason I did. He also apologized on his behalf and although it should’ve come from Russell directly I do appreciate him acknowledging his unacceptable behavior. Apparently this is a recurring issue with Russell and he doesn’t have any people skills but if you are going to be dealing with the public and they are paying you for a service which I’m pretty sure is how you maintain your living then you need to learn people skills nobody should have to deal with your rudeness and unprofessionalism especially since I’m always a super friendly person but that doesn’t mean I won’t match you where you’re at. I will not be doing any business with him again if he is still employed there when I require Jiffy Lubes services again I would much rather gladly wait for Mr. Charles who seems to understands kindness and professionalism goes a long way.

  Russ , customer service advisor along with the shop manager, Mr. Charles provided exceptional and specifically, I was pleased with the recommendation for the headlight cleaning and a check on my bulbs and the changing of my bulbs. I will return to this Jiffy Lube because of the excellent professional service that I received on today from these two gentlemen.

  Got an oil change for first time at Jiffy lube Russ assisted us; he was our service tech. He actually explained why services where more than valvoline after ask why price was much higher. They top off your fluids at any jiffy lube he stated. He definitely loves and appreciate his job, even thanked up for helping keeping them in business. More business owners need a "Russ"

  White guy with a white beard is refusing to give me high-mileage oil. This is my second time here. The first time I came in and asked if they had high-mileage oil, he said no and told me to just get synthetic. No big deal — I was already parked inside, so everything was fine. But throughout the whole process, he was still rude, not trying to answer questions and mumbling things. The second time, before I even went in, I asked if they had high-mileage oil. He said yes, and I told him that’s what I wanted. Then he said he had to check if it fit my car, and I told him I already knew it did because the location in South County introduced me to high-mileage oil, and I’ve gotten it every time I’ve been over there . I even told him the computer would suggest something else, but I still wanted high-mileage oil instead. He waited until I finished talking, then just walked off without a response. When he came back up to my car, I told him again that I wanted high-mileage oil, again no response. But when they were done, my sticker said to come back after 3,000 miles, which I know for a fact is not high-mileage oil. I honestly feel like it was intentional to try to get people to come back earlier and spend money more often. I want to make it clear I don’t think it’s the whole staff the rest of them seem nice but it’s just this guy idk how I got paired with him twice. I will never be coming back to this location because of him. It’s unreasonable that I made sure they had high-mileage oil, reassured him multiple times that it was specifically what I wanted, and still ended up getting different oil that tells me to come back after only 3,000 miles. ITS SIMPLY UNEXCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!
