  Jamal, the oil change technician, did an amazing job. As he was also training, he stayed attentive to everything around him and did a great job on my oil change. I definitely will be back and highly recommend asking for Jamal.

  Jamal and Dialos provided amazing customer service from start to finish. They were professional, respectful, and made sure everything was explained clearly during my visit. The service on my work vehicle was fast, efficient, and they made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another number. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but these guys definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location if you want honest service and a team that truly takes care of people. Thanks again Jamal and Dialos!

  Team Players, very knowledgeable about suggesting I try the engine treatment since I had a slight oil leak. Their technicians: David, Torrance and Makiah knew exactly what they were doing.   Had oil changed here on Wednesday 4/29/26 @ 10:29AM and the technician did not install gasket on oil filter and my car lost all the oil in the engine. I drove the car to the nearest Jiffy Lube Store @ 5730 N Belt W Belleville, IL 62226 Store # 1172 and they could not have been nicer. They investigated this, replaced the filter with gasket and refilled the car with oil. There is oil all over the bottom of my car and I have been cleaning it up off my garage floor ever since. I spent 3 hours of my day dealing with this issue and am still dealing with it. I explained this whole issue on the survey sent to my phone with no response from the store or the corporate office even though the survey asked me if I wanted someone to call me concerning this. I would think the right thing to do here is refund the money I paid to have the oil changed in the car. I called the store twice and and all they do is put me on hold to speak with a manager (Jamall D) who nevers picks up the phone. Just lucky I did not lose a $7,500 engine over this issue.
