  It is easy to provide good customer service when things are going smoothly. It is another thing to provide good customer service when things go sideways. The assistant manager did everything he could to solve a problem. It is his efforts that give me confidence to come back to this location to rent again, which we will. I would recommend this location to anyone else because I know that if something does go wrong the team at this location will do everything they can to solve the problem.

  I came in and worked with gunar and Blake, I asked about the policy for rental over the phone I was told the deposit needs to be on a credit card and if debt it needs to be one form of utility bill up to date. Once I got to the counter Gunar states the entire payment has be on the same card not just the deposits, I said well I have never heard of that because you can pay for the trip on Priceline and then it’s just the deposit due. So I then I asked about the debit card and Blake said oh we need two forms of utility bills, and I said I was told one form, and he said let me look at your account to decide if you need two or not, I said what would determine if I need two, why would a person need two and not one? I said it because I’m black cause why would the rule change? Then Gunar gets off the phone he was talking on and says I don’t appreciate that comment so I’m not renting to you?! They didn’t want to rent in the first place. Don’t go there, very rude, and make up policy determined by who walks in the door.

  I rent cars from here often. They are very nice people . They work with you if you need to extend your rental. I have never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend! Everyone in this location are great people. 1103 North Hwy 67.

  Vehicle selection was fair, however the treatment of the team at this facility was beyond disrespect and very insulting as a consumer. When made the reservation someone followed up with a voicemail letting me know that they were contacting me to insure that I “qualify” to assume the rental, again my profile shows that the be been a repeat customer for decades with enterprise- this was my 1st and last time renting at this location, never again, I’ll try one of the other locations before ever returning to this location. When I returned the vehicle 3 days later as it was used for the full purposes for my job the technician who took my vehicle to check it in told me he needed to quickly inspect my vehicle before closing me out as I advised him I wanted to pay from a different account rather than leave the charges in the credit card number used initially- it took this technician 20 min to return after he inspected the vehicle as if he were border patrol before returning to close me out. Not sure what type of patrons they have received in the past but this technician opened sections of the vehicle I didn’t consider using while it was in my possession the 3 days I had it … all in all huge fail - I cancelled my upcoming appointment with them and won’t be doing repeat business at this location
