  Just prepare to drop your vehicle off. The type of service I had is mention below, I can say the work was done right! There is nothing quite like the peace of mind that comes with knowing my truck is riding smoothly and, most importantly, safely. Kudos to J. Crawford for doing an amazing job on it.

  In 2025 I had my suspension checked out for noises at $75 cost. Now it's 2026, same suspension check out request, now it costs $210. How does price for the same service triple in about a year??? Absolutely insane.

  Brought my truck in for alignment. Took 5 hours, until closing time. Upon leaving the parking lot, my stabilitrak and traction control have stopped working. Truck steering didn't even get aligned! Then when I kindly asked for a refund they say they need it dropped off for a couple days to check it out and fix the issue. I don't want them anywhere near my truck at this point. Very unsatisfactory to say the least. 1 Star is still much more than they deserve.
