  One star will be to much to give. Dobbs at Cross Keys has fallen off tremendously. Once was one of that best Dobbs in the area. Now the worst. My Dodge Ram had an engine light on it 3 visits and 2000 dollars to repair. My wife Nissan Rogue had blow out. The tire and rim had to be replaced. It took 5 days for the tire to come in and 3 additional days for rim. The rim making a huming sound while driving on highway. I hope someone of importance read this, and will do something about Dobbs Cross Keys horrible service. I will not be back, that's the good news. God Bless.

  Had my car towed to Dobbs Friday afternoon for flat repair on tires I got December 2025. Also needed a/c check. Car wasn’t ready until Monday. I called on Monday Worker said it was ready Saturday but no one called me.

  Very professional, and clean. I rated 4 only because the agent said that I needed to drop off the car , when I really could have waited. Before I could get home good they called to say that the car was ready for pick-up.

  I've only had tire rotation, inspections and wheel alignments. I received good mechanical services.
