Dropped our car off at opening for an appt and 8 hours later not hearing anything called to check on it and sat on hold for over 15 mins. Called back and they didn’t even do what the appt was for and gave an estimate of an outrageous amount for things we found out later wasn’t even needed. Scam for money and time.

They have a great attitude when answering on the phone and in person, no matter how busy it is. They can find the root cause of an issue and fix it by when they've estimated. They are communicative and keep you in the loop if things change. This location is being managed well.
