  I’ve been taking my vehicle to the Dobbs Howdershell location for all my maintenance and repairs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always professional, ,knowledgeable, and courteous. I trust them completely with my car and they’ve consistently provided excellent service.

  Today was not a good experience. I was losing air in one of my tires. Took it up to have it checked out. After they came to inform me that they broke one of the tire bolts. In the meantime I was informed that the leak was caused by a leaky valve that needed to be replaced. Four hours later finally finished. Next day I get into the vehicle to have a dash reading check TMPS system. So I check the air pressure and it's 40! It should not be greater than 33. Needless to say I will not be returning and shopping around to see where I will purchase tires in the future. I don't know if they had people working who were fresh out of highschool or not but this is unacceptable. Oh and did not replace the cap. After being a customer for over ten years. I'm done. If I could give a 0 I would.

  Took vehicle in for diagnostic and oil change. Check engine light was on but shop did not have someone who can check that light. How do they determine what work needs to be done. And at time of pick up vehicle was left unlocked by shop. Got a call at 12 that it was done picked up at 5. Was disappointed and went to reach out about this online directly to the store or company but websites contact us says site does not exist.

  I experience great customer service. There was someone at the counter to great me upon arrival. He was polite and friendly. I had a scheduled appointment with Dobbs that the clerk guarded from poachers. I was so grateful. I was scheduled for an inspection and my car was immediately service. I waited for approximately 15 -20 min tops . It was a a seamless and pleasant experience. Great service! See you guys again in two years. Thanks Dobbs!

  My tire was punctured by nails. The problem was noticed and rectified. I am happy they saw the problem and took care of it promptly. I will always take my car to Dobbs because of their reliable service.
