  We've been coming here on and off for years, but this will probably be my last visit. The staff doesn’t seem to work efficiently or with any sense of urgency. The overall attitude feels like the typical SOSO / IDC (same old, same old; and I don’t care). There seems to be a lack of communication and coordination with the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of customer focus or consideration for someones time. It's s disappointing to feel like this is the new normal anywhere you go in NoCo.

  I'm not impressed with them anymore. The job wasn't done on time and they didn't even fix everything that was wrong and want to charge us to bring it back to fix the last problem

  This place used to rock. Unfortunately with higher turnover after the company got bought out, the standards have fallen. I am tired of things getting missed and my car smelling like weed when it's returned.

  Just left this Dobbs made an appt the day before for safety and emissions said there were no other appts . Got there next morning they say they need to keep my car for several hours . I don’t leave my car for minor things like this so I said I’d stay in the lobby . The worker had a problem with that despite the two customers sitting in the lobby …waiting for their cars . Stated I didn’t care how long it took just wanted to be with my car . Darryl still gave attitude like it was appropriate. I just explained I’d never had a safety and emissions test take long if there was no wait. Anywho called car x on Lindbergh Steve said he’d take me and have my car done in an hour in and out ☺️ it’s crazy that I was made to believe that was a standard and really dobbs just works on cars at their own pace that’s fine but not for me peace and blessings

  I have attended this location for years, but recently it seems as if the service has gone bad. I brought my van in to get the AC checked, turned out to be an issue with the fan motor, okay this took about 3 days to get fixed, we paid and the guy checking us out checked with some guy in the back to make sure that the repair was made, he said yes, as soon as my wife went out to the van turned the AC on, no change. So was this fixed, apparently not .So when we brought it to their attention, one of the servicemen then tells us that he needed a part that is no longer made, so another 2 days with the same results. What happened to quality control, i dont feel confident in this company working on our vehicles, which is a disappointment cause Dobbs has always done good work in the past.
