I just feel they do a good job when it comes to serving their customers. I feel that they’re straight up about what they tell you that is going on with your vehicle and they do their best to accommodate you..

We did not receive good customer service here. We paid $2, 295.00 for repairs and inherited an additional $595 cost to replace a windshield that was severely damaged while in Dobb's possession. Management never returned calls as promised and showed no concern for our damage. I'm surprised they did not see it. Our windshield was intact prior to leaving it with Dobbs. The manager said that they were not liable. Well, I will never use their services again. It is too much of a risk. Dealing with them cost me more money!

Jason was particularly awesome! He helped me get a much better deal on tires than what I was looking at, and the tires were just as good if not better. He got our car in right away, even though it was in the afternoon and we were still able to pick up our car, all finished, that evening. Great experience and a great hardworking crew! I’ll definitely be back.

Last visit I needed oil change and replacement of four tire sensors. When I picked up my vehicle the man at the counter told me they did replace the all sensors but bc of long wait time he did not charge me for the sensors (I did not ask for this, and was willing to pay). Got in my vehicle and the sensor light was still on. He me that they would turn off after driving for a while. Well turned out they did not replaced my sensors at all! If he lied about this imagine what else was lied about! DONOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!
