  Some of the most respectful, hard working, and honest men I’ve come by at a mechanic shop. These guys don’t lie, they tell you how it is, and they genuinely do the best work they can for their customers. I will always recommend my people to go to Dobbs!!! Thank you guys.

  They told me the price to diagnose , which was $189.00 and at checkout it was $210.00 due to taxes, I never paid for taxes on a diagnose. Also they shouldn’t have charged me the full price because I just had my truck in a month ago. Also it doesn’t look like my water pump was ever changed like they said they did. Not a happy customer.

  Dobbs Clocktower - I received very friendly service. The manager is very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what I needed. Another car center said I needed a belt replacement. Dobbs did a free digital vehicle inspection and I had already replaced it a year ago. I appreciate their honesty and not taking advantage of the customer. Dobbs only serviced my vehicle for what it needed. Thank you for your honesty which is hard to find in this world of business. The consumer is very satisfied.

  i had a horrible experience with dobbs, i drop my car off 8-3-2026, they did not call me about car i call them 4.00pm that evening, they had not seen my car, i call friday the 8-5- they told me monday it will be ready and charge me 1454.83 to fix, i got the car back monday evening, 08-10 2026 and it still was running bad, took it back on08-17 2026, they said something else was wrong with my car and it will cost another 1300.00, i felt i was take avenge of and was over charged the car still run bad, and they wanted my brother to go to the back of the shop to get my car, they did not bring to the front, i use to trust the place, and now i don't, taking my car elsewhere to ge fix for cheaper price, very disaapointed

  Jason was a big help, he was kind and nonjudgmental when it came to my tires and how they looked 😬. He even to gave me information on things that could be fixed to help my tires last. I'd def recommend this place.
