I gave the wrong location a bad review ! - I’ve been trying to hold back from making a bad review because Bob seem to be the only one with sense and good customer service! But in April I went to car x ( Florissant location ) to get a tire change but while waiting in my car my car cut off not knowing why ! So they kept my car to see what was wrong . Brandon called me back and said it was a fuel pump and that I needed a new battery so I was told my cost will be almost $1500 to replace both ! I paid for the battery up front and financed the rest with “snap” . After I picked my car up the fuel gauge was not showing I had any gas, which it was not doing that before I got the repairs so I called Brandon to let him know he told me to bring my car back the next day for them to fix it okay cool ! But not really , two months later I start having the same problem again with my car shutting off ! I called them back to let them know what was going on believing it may have been a bad part ! So I had to pay to get my car towed to the shop just for Brandon to call and say it was the fuel pump under the hood and not the one under my sit and that I’ll have to pay again , because it was now a different fuel pump which it was doing the EXACT SAME THING IT WAS DOING BEFORE ! so I asked for Bob to reach out to me because Brandon was very ruined when I was asking question to get a better understanding and told me “he didn’t want to talk to me about this right now “ he also Had me send $10 for gas saying my gas had showed no gas at all and accusing me of driving while on E and that was the reason why the fuel pump went out again without properly checking to see if it was gas In the car because “ it’ll take to long to check “ ! They then had an “expert “ check my car again now it’s back to being the fuel pump under my sit which is the same one that was just change a couple months ago ! But he still telling me I’m going to have to pay the full amount again even though I just paid to get this fixed and currently at that moment still paying the financing system for this repair ! Brandon continue to lie and say the part had no warrant ! First he said he got the part from the Hyundai dealer then he said he got the part with o’reilys ! So I asked for the part number . I called o’reilys just for them to tell me they don’t have a contract to deliver to car x 🤔 so I called Brandon back now his whole demeanor has changed! Now the part do have a warranty and it’s going to be fixed correctly! Now I have my car back I’m having the same problem where my fuel sensor is not showing me the proper amount of gas in my car so Bob told me to take it to the Jennings location to have the “expert” fix it because the Florissant location obviously couldn’t ! And it’s still not showing how much gas is in my car !!!!!!!!! I done paid all this money and dropped my car off 4 times just still have have the same problem and then some before I dropped it off ! This is very frustrating I have kids and currently pregnant I can’t not be driving around not know how much gas is in my car ! 60 mi is not close to a half of tank of gas ! It was showing 64 mi before I just put gas in my car and now it’s showing 60 the fuel level or hand did not move only going down Edit : my car cut off again after the second time getting this same issue fixed within 3 months , this is unbelievable I will be moving forward with legal action . I’m now begin told my review is not true 😂 maybe they should listen to the automatic recorded system . No reason to lie on the truth
