    Gavin is truly the MVP at this location! He is always so friendly, never gets flustered even when they are like 7 customers deep and cleaning cars on the fly. I get rental cars for work a few times a month and I never have any issues with pick up even with a little wait. Everyone here is kind and gives great customer service I’m lucky that considering I rent cars so often it’s from such a great team!

    I wanted to take the time out and say how incredible this place and staff are. I was able to rent a car very short notice and everything worked out great. If it wasn’t for Gavin, my trip would have been canceled due to no car. But he’s a life saver just as much as his other employees. I spoke with Anna over the phone about the deposit I am getting back and she was super sweet and was able to push things through. I would definitely recommend Festus location💜 these employees deserve a raise for their kindness

    I have rented from this location on many occasions, including recently. I had booked a car that I thought would be big enough, but upon arriving, I determined that something larger was needed. Gavin was courteous and generous in finding the right option with a generous discount--something I'm sure he wasn't obliged to do. We ended up having a great trip and they were very accommodating on my returning the car a half hour late. I will definitely keep renting from here.
