  Usually really good service from this store, but this last service they didn't do job completely and got my car back and thought I had a oil leak and it turned out to be that they did not clean up in my car engine so the thing were leaking that they used and didn't clean . But I will say that got my car back in and out and back to rights rather quickly.

  I got a quote over the phone from Dalton, and brought it in the same day. He was super helpful and made the experience significantly easier. The work they did on my car was incredible, quick, and reasonably priced. With how hot the weather has been, the air conditioning is a must, and Dobbs made it work. 👍

  My husband went in for an emissions test. Arrived at his appointed time only to wait a half hour before they even took his car. Had them check a tire losing air but they spent another hour trying to find the issue but could not. At least they didn’t charge him for looking at it.

  I had my emission test done and the wrong license plate number was listed on the certificate. I called the shop and was told to bring the certificate back and it would be corrected. I took it back and was told the wrong license plate number was no problem because the certificate had the right Vin number. Someone needs to educate the staff that license renewal goes by license plate number and not Vin. They wasted a lot of my time going back as instructed to be given a load of BS. Bill why did you leave Festus?

  We had already driven 700 miles on June 15 but pickup up a nail in a tire while driving I55. It was 5:30 pm and we still had 140 miles to drive to get home. Dalton and Terry stayed over to get us back on the road. They were professional and efficient and we appreciated the extra effort to allow us to get home that day. I also saw their interactions with other customers and they treated each customer very well. Great job by the Dobbs team in Festus, MO.
