  I really wish I could say so many things about our local Enterprise Rental place in Farmington, MO. But I have had 2 experiences that Im not very happy with at all. First experience was months ago where a blond haired female basically told me I was out of luck with a rental because we schedule the rental through out insurance and we were late. Eventho no one told us a time. The young lady basically brushed us off like she didnt care and it was our fault. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. 2nd problem was today. I set a reservation for 5pm to pick up a 2500 truck for a move job at 8am. Enterprises reservation system allowed the rental at 5pm and booked it. I arrive on time at 5pm and wait my turn. As 5 other ppl were renting cars. As my turn came up, an employee goes to a back office to find out where the truck rental guy is. And hes gone. I arrived on time but of course the truck rental guy leaves while Im sitting in the waiting room. I have to be on the highway at 7am for a paying customer for my business but I cant get the truck because I was polite enough to wait for other renters to rent a vehicle while I waited patiently. Which pisses me off. Im so tired of dealing with people who dont care about no one but themselves. There is not one else I like dealing with at this location but Jon. He has always been polite and understanding. The rest of the staff are not anyone cup of tea.

  Helped me out before customer service is always great , although recently my business has been busy & I have been reserving trucks 3-4 days beforehand and they have not been ready on time. I recently tried today (Monday) after speaking with someone Friday about having a truck ready. There is a truck ready but the manager of Truck Rental (Blake) is in St. Louis & does not feel like we are important enough for him to drive down here for one reservation. This also is enterprises fault for not calling Him and checking why so called reservation hasn’t been assigned. If they were on top of him he wouldn’t have a choice but to make sure we are taken care of. Enterprise is a huge help as we are trying to upgrade our truck fleet slowly without being in debt this makes it super helpful & we’d love to do more business. I do want to come here to say this is not to hate on anyone but to also communicate on how our business feels because we would like to continue buisness. This has happened many times with different managers also I don’t know if it’s something enterprise can make better but I’m just here to Adress thanks.
