(Due to insurance) but the original location gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage and it was so much smaller but I came to this one and they upgraded me free of charge to something even bigger than my car… they had extra… but Lindsey Rich was super nice and didn’t give me any problems. I would drive the extra hour and a half to this location if I rented through enterprise.

Said they weren't sure when it would get there, defeats the purpose of a reservation. They worked to get a car equal or better then the one we reserved, size wise. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for having to deal with that hasstle.
- KLKayla LangeAug 8, 20261.0The LADY in there who curses at customers and denies rentals because she just simply CAN abuse her power is disrespectful and probably has made this company loose a lot of loyal customers. The gentleman who used to run this place far surpassed her professionalism and he was pleasant to do business with. Knew his job and made sure you felt like a valued customer! Enterprise she NEEDS TO GO. That’s why you’re not renting many cars now.
