  I'm so sorry I missed the name of the employee/ manager, but my experience was wonderful. The office called to confirm the 9-day rental ahead of time. Had the car ready to go. Super nice and friendly at pick up and drop off. Even had a rock chip the windshield on day 3 or 4 of the rental period, was stressed honestly. The same gentleman showed me how the chip was considered normal wear and tear and made me feel so much better. Whole process was seamless!!! Thank you for another great rental.

  When I rented the car, the car was very clean and it was very much like my own car and operated pretty much the same so I felt comfortable with it. I would recommend enterprise to anyone that need to rent a car.

  I have used the Farmington, MO. Location several times now and every time the company representatives have been great to deal with. Kind, friendly, courteous and just have a good attitude. Im sure I will use them again..thanks to all for doing your job and with a smile.

  This location probably needs to be looked into by corporate. It's pretty sad that you can rarely get them on the phone to talk with anyone but releasing rental vehicles that clearly have safety features that are not functional, warning lights on the dash and drives like the brakes are on and dragging seems like a major red flag. Also when an assistant manager decides to lie to a customer and write on a business card that they will get a free rental the next time to make up for what happened makes you wonder how many other people they have blatantly taken advantage of. I wouldn't be as worried about this but when the person this happened to is elderly that should tell you all you need to know. Interesting that they will charge the person for the rental that should have never been released but then write on a card a promise for a free rental with no terms or conditions behind it to get the person out of their office.

  If I could give a zero i would. Got my car being repaired at a body shop and set up a rental over a week ago. Enterprise picked me up at 9 from the body shop. I assumed id go in sign papers and get my rental. Nope, they had ten people in there and a waiting on cars that where not cleaned. Then when I asked how long it would be they said all these people where ahead of me. Thus was set up over a week ago. After an additional two hours wait with no end in suggest I asked for a refund and went elsewhere. I suggest anyone reading this review do the same. Absolutely terrible.
