  Will never go back again. $122 with a $15 coupon for an SUV. Got oil change on a Saturday, didn't drive on Sunday. Went to work on Monday. Went to get in car that was in garage notice big puddle of oil on floor under the car. Called valvoline to file a claim. I got a call from the store manager on Tuesday morning saying they would take care of the issue. Told me to bring it back in,I told him I'd be there at 4pm after work, he said he would wait for me so they could resolve the issue. Got there at 3:45, asked for the manager they told me he left 30 minutes before I got there. They found the oil filter was leaking. Put new O ring on and solved the problem. I never received a call back from the manager making sure everything was OK. Poor management skills. The skill level on the staff is sub par. The other review stated they don't listen, he is spot on. Took the tech 10 minutes to try to figure out how to reset the maintenance code. I ended up telling him to Google it. People don't waste your time going there. If they gave me lifetime free oil changes I'd never go back.

  The crew that works at my local store are fabulous! They are friendly and engaging. They shared with me other services that are available at their location. They asked if there was anything I knew I would like them to check for me. They quizzed me to see if there were any discounts that were available to me that I might not have known about, a thing I really appreciate. It was just a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back. But they need to keep their crew. Thats what made the service so excellent.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this oil change service. From the moment I arrived, communication was poor and unprofessional. It was difficult to get clear answers to simple questions, and the staff did not seem interested in helping or explaining the work being done on my vehicle. What bothered me the most was the way we were treated. The staff were rude and disrespectful, which made us feel unwelcome as customers. Good customer service is just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately this business failed in that regard. Instead of treating customers with courtesy and respect, they acted as if our concerns were an inconvenience. The overall experience was frustrating and stressful. When customers pay for a service, they expect professionalism, honesty, and respectful communication. Sadly, none of those expectations were met during our visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both communication and customer service in the future. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
