- GHGreg Hulsey3 days ago2.0Fast friendly service But sloppy service. Wasted oil all over top of my engine, I had to clean it up. Oil dripping from my oil pan plug and oil filter. If I have to go behind them I might as well service it myself and save that $100 + bill.

- JKJerri KellerAug 20, 20261.0I have a 2026 car and the second time I took it here to Valvoline in Eureka to get oil change I drove off like normal and then heard something. I stopped got out and looked under and the oil skidplate was hanging down. I turned around and went back. They tried to say you must have hit something. I said this car is new and you are the only place that has changed the oil. They said manager not here today come back in 2 days when manager will be around. 2 days still no manager, then I call headquarters and get hung up twice. They try to patch me thru to manager… no luck fast forward to 3000 miles later , plus 3 times drive to location and 4 phone calls suppose skid plate has arrived. Of course still no manager around. I tell the gentleman that I have been battling this since the last oil change and due for another. He said oh we tried to call you to say the skid plate was in. Well I keep my phone on me all the time due to my work and didn’t receive a call or text. They install the plate and says this happens a lot. FYI I would NOT go back. Oh yeah they didn’t even offer a discount for the trouble. Whatever I am done with this place and hope this saves more customers and their skid plates.
