- BOBonnie Ochs4 days ago5.0Prompt and efficient with everything we needed.
- GWGina WilliamsOct 3, 20265.0Dobbs Eureka does an outstanding job during standard car maintenance. The car was taken in for an oil change and a tire rotation which is covered for lifetime as the tires were purchased from them. The also did a 15 point check on my vehicle which was performed at no charge. Thank you Dobbs for checking these things on the car without being requested. Well done!
- NPnick pateSep 30, 20261.0Called and asked if they could switch my FACTORY tire to another FACTORY RIM because it’s bent and they declined because I didn’t purchase the tires from them.. they’re the same tires on the car from when I bought it new. Have purchased tires from them in the past for another vehicle and have had work done on previous vehicles. Will not be returning. Selberts will earn my business just like anyone else should do. They actually honor the people of eureka rather then corporate greed.
- LDLevi DawsonSep 24, 20261.0Just wanted to change transmission fluid and filter along with checking an oil leak. Oil leak aside they gave me a full on transmission flush (which I didn’t ask for). Replaced a few things while doing that. $1400 later here I am. No call to confirm. Nothing but telling me what they did plus finding oil leak problem. Shouldn’t be upselling or assume anything and just flat out doing it without confirmation!!!!
- TFTrigg FamilySep 16, 20261.0I had a flat tire. They told me it was fixed but an hour later it was flat again. I took it back and they said they fixed it for the 2nd time as they were closing for the day. They said it was the valve stem. An hour later, it was flat again. I had to put the spare on and easily found the hole on tread of the tire that they did not fix. I had to go in for a 3rd time and they finally fixed it. This was an incredibly frustrating experience for my family we had to find rides for kids last minute because the tire kept going flat. I will not trust Dobbs to do any future repairs.
