  Would recommend this shop to anybody in need of tires/service. Got a nail in my tire while I was traveling and they got me in last minute to install a new tire and keep me on the road over the holiday weekend! Great place and people

  Just try and get a job well done here! Won't happen! First attempt to get a set of new tires was unsuccessful. Tires were out of balance and hummed going down the highway. Took the car back for a redo. Left the parking lot 2nd try only to back up and go in because of noise while rolling. Turns out the weights were wrong and were hitting the rotors and brakes. To top off the awful experience, the carpet UNDER the protective paper mat was full of grease! I would not recommend going here and we won't be back!

  I brought in my Audi to have it repaired for a coolant leak. They called and told me that it's a big job I can take it to the dealer and then when I asked if they can do the job they said yes. Got to call from the shop few late saying that they can't do the job and then charge me $700 for not being able to complete the job. They should have researched the problem a little bit further determine if they were able to do the job. Now I'm stuck with a $700 bill from them and now I have to take it to the dealer and get charged another bill to have them fix it

  My wife's car battery died in her car. I called Dobbs at noon on a Saturday. They said bring it in and we will try to get the battery to match our Acura and fix it. Sure enough Dobbs delivered w the job completed. Thank You Eureka Dobbs

  Took my car in because check engine light came on. They did a diagnostic and determined the problem, but chose to check the brakes as well. First day, no word from them. Second day, received a text around 4pm with a link to the diagnostic and recommended repairs, including the brakes, which we did not ask them to check. Description of repairs was unclear. Called the next morning and told them to just fix the check engine problem. They had to order a part, which they expected later that afternoon. Told them that if they had time to do it when the part arrived that afternoon, that was fine. Otherwise, fix it the next morning. Day four and we still had not heard anything. Called only to find out that the part had not arrived the previous afternoon, but “was in transit”. The serviceman said he would “reorder” it at that moment. Got the impression that someone forgot to order it originally. He promised it would be done first thing the next morning, even with the uncertainty of the arrival of the needed part. On day five, received a text in the morning saying that my car was fixed and ready for pick up. One problem I had with the cost was the ridiculous charge for the diagnostic. $189.99! I thought in the past that that cost was waived if work was done by them. I guess not!
