- KBKrista B5 days ago5.0Second time back to this shop (not for the same thing)! I went back because I was so pleased with visit one. Visit two did not disappoint - in fact, it exceed my experience during visit one. I rolled in with an emergency with my breaking system. I was fortunate to be able to be worked in. Management triaged my problem with the expertise of Barnes ER. I rolled out with an exceptional job. Let's face it, good Rx costs money. Prices were fair and my vehicle sounds and performs much differently, for the better. I will go back to NTB again and again. Thanks for the smart scheduling, thorough assesment and repair, and outstanding customer service.
- TATina ArnoldMay 9, 20265.0I went over to the Ellisville location today without an appointment. I walked in, spoke with Tristan, and he got me in right away! I needed two new tires and my spare had caused a lot of damage. They showed it to me immediately, and explained what would need to be done. Jason and Justin did a wonderful job changing out my back tires and doing the much needed repairs! My daughter and I used the restroom and waiting area while they worked on my vehicle. Both are clean and there's plenty of comfortable seating, TV, drinks, and room for children! I highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future! Excellent management and amazing customer service! I'd give more stars if I could! Thank you so much!! 😊

I had the brakes and rotors replaced. After two different quotes from other places NTB came in with a fraction of the other two quotes. Amazing!
