  Women - feel safe going here. They'll take very good care of you. I came in for major repairs on my Jeep and was called & told my battery was fine , my alternator was fine. Integrity is hard to find but not here. Thank you Dobbs. You now have a customer for life ! - Gina

  Took my car in for a Safety and Emissions Test. Was told it had failed Safety but the fix was easy and my car would be ready early the next afternoon. I then went the whole next day without any communication about the condition of my car. Ended up having to call the store twice was sent to voicemail both times and finally had to go into the building in person to finally be told that the part never came in and they’d be keeping my car with no update on what delayed the part or when I’d get my car returned to me. Called the store next day and was told they’d have it done that day. I call later that afternoon after again not hearing anything to then be told the part still wasn’t coming in and it too 3 calls to finally get an update that my car had been finished. Extremely unprofessional. Ended up paying an addition 300 dollars than i planned to and had to figure out 48 hours with no form of transportation and no idea when i would get it back.

  Overall good but there was some confusion and misinformation. I bought new wheels and wanted them swapped out with current wheels. Eureka location said they couldn’t mount tires that were not bought from them. Ellisville said ok but called me after they started and said TPMS won’t reset if I used those wheels because different type sensors. Picked it up and did more research that night. Those wheels will work because that car has indirect sensors. Took it back next day asked them to mount them and I would accept risk of TPMS not resetting. It calibrated fine and light never came in. I almost tried to sell those wheels when was told they won’t work. All techs and service writers were super nice and professional, I appreciate that.

  The Ellisville store is amazing. I have trusted my 3 cars to them over many years - they go the extra mile in customer service, honest service recommendations, and they help me keep my cars running for many years. My 1996 Miata is going on 30 years old and it runs like a brand new car!

  Called the previous day to order the tires j wanted.talked to Matt the sales manager. They were on back order so we picked a different one that was available. He said he will have them there in the morning. I asked if he wanted my truck the night before he said the morning was fine and he would have it done in a couple of hours. I was waiting outside and was the first one there one the doors opened. At 7. Matt asked me again when I need my truck back and I said as soon as possible. I went there at 5:30 pm to see what the deal was and my truck was the last one in the shop. And he told me they just kept pushing it because there were people waiting. This isn’t the first time Matt has pushed the service on my truck into an all day affair after telling me the time it would be done. He has lied to me several times and it’s very unprofessional and aggravating. Our company has a large fleet of vehicles and all are worked on at Doobs. For the most part the service is great usually. With the exception of my dealings with Matt at the Fairview hts. Store.
