  The service manager is the best they have had in a long time. The counter staff is friendly and knowledgeable also. Have been going to this Dobbs location for over 25 years. This group gets 5 stars.

  I didn’t have an appointment but I dropped my car off and Dobbs worked it in their already busy schedule. Since I bought my tires at Dobbs the tire rotation is free which saves 30 or 40 dollars right off the top.

  Outstanding service beginning with the service manager to the technician for tire replacement . Very comfortable waiting area; clean , quite and inviting.

  Read the reviews! There are repair shops nearby that actually treat you kindly. I Brought my car in for Emissions Inspection and the advisor said the car will not be ready till the next day. This was at 8 am and I scheduled this a week out. Called at 5 and was told the inspection was done already. If I hadn’t called, the car would have sat there overnight.

  Had a great experience at Dobbs in Ellisville getting my tires sorted out! Rick provided excellent customer service at the front desk. Back in the bay, James and Trey were super attentive, checking everything thoroughly to make sure my car was safe and good to go. Their prices are very reasonable, and they work on all American and European vehicles, carrying a great selection of stock. If you decide to wait for your vehicle, they have a nice waiting area equipped with a TV and plenty of seating. Highly recommend this team!
