  I had an appointment but still waited almost 3 hours for a tire rotation and balance. Also, they didn't tighten the bolts on one wheel on my other vehicle when I had it's tires rotated.

  When I call and took a service appointment for tire rotation, I was told it’s 40$. After service, they said it’s 69$ because it’s 21 inch tire. They thought it was 18 inch tire for Tesla model Y! Not sure why a simple tire rotation cost differs by inches. Costco would be cheaper or Tesla door step service it self is 65$. Even though when we requested, they are not listening to what I am trying to explain either. This is not the first time I am experiencing this. Cards doesn’t work and luckily we had cash to pay. I had similar experience previously as well. I don’t recommend this service station. Go else where or make sure to get pricing written on paper before.

  I brought my car in because a check engine light was on. I was told I needed brake fluid. I asked to have my oil changed also. After picking it up, it leaked oil all over our driveway. I brought it back in. You fixed the leak but did not add oil. I had to bring it in a THIRD time to get oil, that should have been added when fixing the leak, that happened after you changed my oil. Also, you replaced my gas cap and it is not secured and falls off every time I get gas. Terrible experience!

  Service was fine. But there was a lack of communication that I was disappointed in. The contact number that I left was not used. I had to follow up to find out if the service was complete. After that phone call, an email was sent to my wife’s email address stating the work was complete. Why bother asking for a contact number, if you aren’t going to use it. In addition, while I was picking up my car, a customer ahead of me was being helped. His ticket was incorrect, it indicated a service that wasn’t actually performed. The Dobbs staff reaction to the situation was to imply it was the customer’s fault, and they showed no apparent urgency to get it corrected. Between my experience and seeing how this other customer was treated, I’m going to look for a different shop for future needs. Historically this location was top notch in my opinion. So it’s a shame to have this opinion at this point.

  Outstanding Service. Spoke with Rick. Came in for emission inspection and was done in 30 mins (No Appointment)Had a scheduled appointment at a different Dobbs and was told my car would be ready tomorrow when I had a scheduled appointment at 830 for that day. I will definitely be coming back to this location Ellisville Mo You Rock
