    John got me in my dream car ! He was amazing to work with from the reassuring messages before our appointment to when he gave me my first duck as i left ! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nick in the service department and he is equally as amazing . So happy i chose to come to this location

    Wife took new grand cherokee in for a SCHEDULED (appointment was for 1130am) state inspection and software upgrade. We went back 4 hours later to pick up the vehicle and it wasnt done yet. This after she ASKED the guy at the service desk and he LIED to her and said the mechanics were OFF WORK @ 300pm!

    would NOT recommend David Taylor at all. I put money down on a 2024 Chevy Malibu and have only had the car for 9 months, and I’m already dealing with MAJOR transmission issues. There was no work done on the vehicle—I trusted that I was getting a reliable car, especially being that new. Transmission problems this early is unacceptable and should not be happening at all. It’s been nothing but stress dealing with something this serious so soon after putting my money into it. When I reached out about the situation, there was no real help or accountability. I feel like once the deal was done, I was left to deal with everything on my own. Very disappointing experience. Be careful before doing business here.

    Actually revamping my review of this place because I believe in transparency and honesty back in August of last year I purchased 22 4xE From John gough I originally wanted a full gas vehicle. He talked me into the certified preowned and after having the car for over six months and now realize why two months into having the car I had to replace all five tires. I’ve had engine issues. When they replaced my tires, they left my Interior lights on which killed my car battery when I picked it up, they told me I dropped it off dead Which I have never jumped a car in my life Yet the guy tried to make me believe that I was jumpstarting my own vehicle before I brought in for service and then they dropped a $400 bill in my lap for a new battery that they caused the issue on. My deep also has a sky one touch soft top And I barely used it since I bought the car, but it Was gorgeous today So I had the top open the entire day got home around 11 o’clock tonight went to close my top And it Made it To right behind my head and stop, said there was an obstruction so I reopened the top got up on top of the vehicle and looked in the tracks and saw there was nothing But what I did see Was The track that holds my top is broken. And when the top has been closing it was closing into my frame on my drivers side. So now I live in the middle of the city, I can’t close the top of my vehicle. My car is covered in fiberglass and I’m sure Bommarito is going to try to figure out a way to make this my fault, despite the fact that I’ve never taken the top off. I’ve never messed with the top of the vehicle whatsoever. And with everything that’s happened to me is fine this vehicle I believe that they knew all of the things that were wrong with this car and sold it to me regardless because I was young and by myself. So I say this with deep intense, do not purchase from here do not trust them if they can they will get over on you and please do not allow your children to shop here Because let me tell you, my parents are sick right now But unfortunately, my mom has been in the hospital for two years and my stepdad works nights so I’m always on my own.
