  Some of the worst dealership experience I’ve been through in my life, sales men, floor manager, to phone clerk all had an absolutely nasty attitude, seemed extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional, and a completely different experience from the Bommarito experience we are used to dealing with. Absolutely nasty attitude, extremely unprofessional, ignored us when we were in there, entitled and just nasty people, I hope the owner gets a whole new crew. Bait and switch. HIGH WARNING TO BUYERS. Shop anywhere else.

  Huge shoutout to three standout guys at this dealership Who makes coming in for service suck a little bit less. Scotty in Parts is the guy you want when you own a 2021 RAM TRX. He actually knows his stuff, even on the more technical, in-depth questions. Whether it's something simple or something that requires real knowledge of the truck, he's going to have the answer. He gives it to you straight, which I really appreciate. Nicholas Shanders in Service is exactly what you want in a service advisor. Transparent, helpful, and always gives you multiple options. He won't let a defective part slide and makes sure everything fits and works properly before calling it done. If that means getting you a loaner to keep you moving, he'll make it happen. That kind of commitment goes a long way. And a huge thank you to Micah, the service tech who caught a coolant leak during a multi-point inspection that could have taken out a major component. He didn't brush it off. He flagged it, walked me through what was going on, and kept everything transparent while the truck was being worked on. That attention to detail potentially saved me from a very costly situation. Overall, this is a team that genuinely focuses on getting you back on the road safely and quickly. That's why I'll be back for my next SRT. Highly recommend.

  Bought used car there. Repaired check engine light. Repaired turbo and camshaft gasket. Light came back on. Took it to honda. Never replaced gasket turbo missing bolts. Never again Bommarito. Very unprofessional sales and repairs. STAY AWAY 2nd and last deal with Bommarito.

  My less than 2 year old truck was in for the third time with an issue. I have the extended warranty and was supposed to have a loaner vehicle. No vehicle was available even though there is an entire parking lot of vehicles. Received a text asking if I had questions… I responded three different times and never got a response. I was told at check out, they were just busy. My vehicle issue was addressed but the customer service was poor. When asked at checkout how my service was, I was told if I didn’t leave a 5 star review not to leave a review at all.
