  This is a first class operation and a special shout out to Mike Gebken in the service department for making it happen. I live in Tennessee and was in the St. Louis area for a funeral. My vehicle started acting up on the trip over and Mike went out of his way to ensure that my car would be fixed, so I could get back home. I had actually called two other Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep dealers who said they couldn’t help me until later in the month. Very thorough and communicative throughout the entire process, Bommarito Chrysler, Dodge is definitely a five star dealership.

  Ask for Nolan if you want the best dealership experience YOU'VE EVER HAD! I was nervous going into the dealership, but went above and beyond for me! He got me the best deal and he even helped me get my own insurance card and showed me how to do it myself (This was my first time on my own). He earned me as a customer for life! I will be back and telling everyone! ASK FOR NOLAN IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A TRUSTED FRIEND & NOT JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! The coffee was pretty good too.

  The buying process was smooth with my salesperson Ted. When I went to finance the guy was good spirited and showing me options. I asked was it truly worth it, and were there better options of course he said no. Signed the warranty then shopped around for about 2 weeks and found a better comp with more miles covered under the warranty. I began calling the store to cancel my warranty , and Everytime they switched me to finance no one answered. I had to reach out to Ted and he spoke to the finance guy for me and he told me to come up there to sign the release form. He could’ve told me that himself if he’d answered the phone or at least return my call because I left my number more than once. I make my way there July 30th and was greeted by everyone at the store besides the finance guy whose office is down the hall to the right. He slides me a paper and I fill it out he barely acknowledged me. I find it odd that when you’re trying to sell me something it’s all smiles and giggles, but when I cancel the warranty within the 30 day period to receive a full refund it’s the complete opposite. I’ve called multiple times since July 30th to find out when the warranty will be removed from my loan. Never heard back from finance. Today 9-8-26 I talked to the manager of finance and he said I have to wait til the guy comes in tomorrow to help me. The same guy who never returned my calls might I add. Another wait just to get a simple matter resolved .
