  Made an appointment to have my car serviced took it in at 930am never heard anything so I called at almost 3pm to get an update and was told they never even started my car and wont get to it until tomorrow. Why was I not called. I have to get to work and of course they have no cars to give you. Absolutely ridiculous and wasted my entire day off without a car to have my car sitting and not be told I would not get my vehicle until the next day!

  What a truly awesome experience. I’m an out-of-state buyer I knew what I wanted and they had a car I liked and from the moment that John Gough Started working with me the professionalism that he showed was great. He was a man of his work. He got back with me and timely fashion got me numbers in a timely fashion. It was almost a race to who could get information to each other faster. And it’s very interesting to me in the car buying experience today. These types of salesman are very few and far between this dealership is top-notch and they offer a top-notch warranty, which also led me to this dealership so I really believe in their product and what they’re doing thank you to the whole team. The Finance department was easy to work with and they took time to listen to me and hear what I wanted so we could accomplish the goal together.

  My husband and I bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey on Friday, June 26,2026. The problem started the very next day. There was a noise under a hood that we did not hear when we test drove it. I wasn’t sure what it was, thought maybe brakes or belt were wet from rain the night before. However, the problem persisted when I drove it to work on Monday. My husband advised me to call our mechanic who was booked until following week. I drove my old one for a week. When the car was finally looked over by our mechanic, he said our timing belt needed to be replaced. He also stated that the reason we did not hear that noise when we test drove the car is because that noise goes away when a car warms up, however, the mechanic at the dealership,who allegedly looked at the car and placed new brakes, should’ve be able to tell this problem right away. (When we arrived at Bommarito dealership, the car was already warm and waiting for us to test drive it. The noise can only be heard on cold start.) I’ve paid our mechanic $1100 to fix the vehicle and tried to get in touch with Bommarito sales department to see if they can help us with this cost. Our sales person Ted said that they would not help us at all per his general manager since we bought this car “as is”. I’ve tried calling general manager myself only to get a mail box that says - “Full, cannot accept messages”. I called receptionist and left a message on July 27, today is 31 and still DID NOT receive any response. I encourage anyone who get a vehicle from there to take that vehicle for an inspection by a private mechanic. It’s seems that this dealership DOES NOT DISCLOSE everything and is difficult to reach if any problems occur. Also, the most frustrating is this - if anything happened to this vehicle while I was driving it home for 3 hours, I would probably be in the different situation right now.

  We have had a great experience with Bommarito! John Hanna and Bert have been awesome with walking us through this process. This is our first brand new car and we did not want to compromise. And thanks to this team we did not have to. Bert was so very knowledgeable about the resale value, the engine, and even service. Bert worked hard to get us the best rate and held on to our truck until we were ready, ready! John was great, but Bert sealed the deal. Yesterday was the day we walked away with our beautiful beast!
