  I called ahead about getting my boat repaired and was told everything sounded fixable and that they could help. Based on that, I brought my boat in expecting a normal repair process. Once I arrived, the experience completely changed. Instead of discussing actual repair options or giving me a clear estimate, I was repeatedly told that the work would be “too expensive” for me—as if they had already decided what I could or couldn’t afford. I made it clear I was willing to pay to have the boat properly fixed, but that didn’t seem to matter. The overall impression I got was that they weren’t interested in taking on the job, possibly because my boat isn’t a high-end $40,000+ setup. Whether that’s the case or not, it certainly felt like assumptions were being made instead of actually evaluating the work. They also claimed my motor was “shot” and said they don’t work on that type, which is fine—but that should have been communicated clearly and professionally from the start, not handled in a dismissive way after I showed up. To make matters worse, my boat was returned with trash left inside from the work they did perform, which shows a lack of care and professionalism. They even claimed they couldn't find me a boat cover. Overall, this felt less like a repair shop and more like a place that picks and chooses jobs based on assumptions rather than actually helping customers. I would recommend getting a second opinion elsewhere.

  I have my 9.9hp merc serviced there regularly. Steve (mgr) is very accomodating, and personable. He has lot's of tips and tricks to help keep my engine running smooth. Very happy with my service there.

  Little disappointed in the quality of work.... I would have rated this lower had it not been for the friendly staff there in the office and the guy (chris) who went over what I wanted done when I dropped it off Had two graphs installed and a transducer on the transom. I would have done this stuff myself, but I wanted a professional, clean installation. That's not what I got... The screws holding the mount to the dash were all stripped. Some of the screws had worked themselves completely out during the trip home. The screws holding the graph to the mount panel were incorrectly put in at an angle and didn't even make it through the fiberglass. The cutout was so rough that the screws barely made it through it. I spent 2-3hours taking everything apart and getting new hardware at the store to mount it properly. In addition to all of this, they didn't vacuum the mess they made in the carpet nor wipe down the debris on the dash. Seems odd given they work on brand new $60k bass boats. I had this boat pristine when it came in and it should have left in same condition. I hate leaving reviews like this, but c'mon...take some pride in your work. I've never worked on someone's car or boat and not cleaned my mess at least. Not sure if I will be back unless im getting parts from the guys up front. They were great 👍
