  This place is super. They are very polite and take the time to explain what's happening and what needs to be done. Very polit. They really seem to care about their customers and our safety when we leave their shop. Over all wonderful place and ppl.

  The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful! We got stuck after our car broke down during out of state travel, and they were kind enough to send us someone to help jump start our vehicle to get back on the road. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

  I am extremely disappointed with the overall customer service and communication I received. I scheduled an appointment to have my AC repaired, paid in full, and made arrangements around the appointment. I work 45 minutes from home, and with temperatures reaching nearly 100 degrees lately, having a functioning AC in my vehicle is a necessity. After I had already left work early to drop off my vehicle, I received a message stating that they weren't sure they would be able to complete the repair. At that point, I had already taken time off work and rearranged my schedule, so I decided to leave the vehicle and hope for the best. The following day, I called to check on the status and explained why it was important to have the repair completed as soon as possible. Then today, on the last day they were open before the weekend, I unexpectedly received a message stating they would be closing in 30 minutes. Concerned, I called for an update and was then informed that they had decided not to do the repair at all and that a refund check was waiting at the front desk (I paid in cash). What is most frustrating is that had I not called, we would not have known they had stopped pursuing the repair. I would have been left without a vehicle for the entire weekend, despite having to work both Saturday and Sunday, and would have lost valuable time that could have been spent contacting other businesses and getting parts ordered. I understand that not every repair can be completed, but the lack of communication throughout this process was unacceptable. I was left completely in the dark after paying in full, rearranging work schedules, and trusting that the vehicle was being worked on. The entire experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and handled very poorly.
