  Quite possibly the worst service I've ever had, or lack thereof. I sat in the line from 12:45pm - 1:35pm without moving or having anyone speak to me since initially telling me it would be 10 minutes. Its not from lack of help, because there were at least (6) employees there, mostly standing around chatting. I will never be back.

  Went to go for a standard oil change. The two kids doing my oil change never asked to check my headlights, brights, or turn signals, but told me one of my headlights was somehow out???? (my headlights were in the off position the whole time) I told them I just had it changed recently, so I will look at it myself when I get home. They asked if I would just like it done now since I was there and they have the bulbs there, to which I again said no. I went to the parking lot over after the oil change was done to check if my headlight was actually out….. turned my headlights on and they both worked perfectly fine. Just wanted to try to upsell me for no reason. I would leave 0 stars if i could.

  I’ve been getting my oil changed at this location for six years and have always had a great experience. Yesterday was no different! Andrew was very helpful throughout my short time there. He went through the safety check, inspected my cabin filter and my oil filter, and went over my recommended services. He was very professional and knowledgeable, making it another outstanding Valvoline visit!

  Attendant did not fill my engine with the correct amount of oil. He told me the oil only needed to be between the quart low and full lines on the dipstick. I will not ever b return to a Valvoline oil change store.

  Went for an oil change and they broke my air filter box in the process. This was confirmed by the dealership when I took it in to get checked, since I couldn’t wait on Valvoline to get back to me. Car instantly started shaking as I was driving away from valvoline. They did nothing to help. Reported a claim the following morning after the oil change. Manager called over a week later, was told they would watch the footage and get back to me. Been over 3 months and still no follow up. Out over $450 for the replacement because of this place. I do not recommend going here unless you want to run the risk of damage to your car.
