Everything single person I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and had a great attitude. I’m not familiar with the call and response procedures but it appears that everyone on site has been well trained and follows all standards. Will definitely be back for my next oil change. Fantastic management and operation.

From the moment I arrived, Logan greeted me with a friendly, welcoming attitude that made the visit enjoyable from the start. At the end of my oil change, I was informed that my hood latch had snapped in half during the service. I really appreciated the team’s honesty and professionalism. They immediately spoke with their manager, took full responsibility for the damage, and let me know they had already ordered the replacement part. Just two days later, I received a call that the part had arrived and was invited to come back in. When I returned, I was greeted by Ryder, who had also assisted during my first visit. Ryder completed the repair, and the workmanship was exceptional. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, integrity, customer service, and overall atmosphere at this Valvoline location. It’s refreshing to see a business stand behind its work and make things right without hesitation. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future service.
